I love all that I am

Observe your breathing.
Pronounce each breath in you
and let it be a joy.

In principle, calm yourself, find serenity
and, if you need it, relief.
Let each breath fill you, just as you know how to empty yourself.
It is when you lighten yourself,
and what’s more, your mind.
Make it lighten,
let thoughts pass,
without distracting you from yourself.

Breathe in this way, thinking a bit about the breath,
and let the breath think about you.
Produce the communion, the encounter.
Perceive what the prana produces, how it begins to play with you,
how, from your very head,
movements occur surrounding your sphere.
Breathe all of that without distracting yourself
and marvel at what you achieve:
A state like this, so personal, so intimate, so satisfying.

Try to let nothing exist but what you are,
despite all that you know happens in this world.
And say, serenely: I breathe for this, for what I am,
for what I feel, for what exists, for what happens.

So much happens…And in you, what happens?
In principle, all this breathing
that passes through you so consciously,
and that you have increasingly learned to register more and better,
to consider all that happens to you, to contain it.
Let what is beneficial
remain in you, and what is not, release it.

I am doing what I want,
what I should, what I am able to.
I am what I love.

And breathing, say: I love all that I am.
Go on perceiving yourself, without focusing on sensations,
just on that sentiment that you are producing for you, in you, through you.
I love all that I am.

And the breath imperceptible, profound and brief,
aligned to the constant of that, your Being,
so exact and manifest,
that knows to proclaim its principle of truth in breath,
in consciousness, in aptitude, in faith.

You will say: Do I only want what I am?
Is it enough? Is it sufficient? Is it just?

Breathe, because you well know
that it is but a small want.
You exist in so much, in so many,
and it is when with your very breath,
from your own mind,
affiliated with your most profound feeling, you expand,
and you encompass everything, you perceive everything,
what happens and what does not,
what you know and what you don’t know,
what you want and what you do not.
That is when, from the breath,
fully conscious, love springs forth, your love.

You will say: How much love exists?
That which you produce, that which you feel,
that which you know to offer from the one who offers it to you.
You will say: Who? Who? Who?

Your Being.
The Being that you are, that you want, that you want to be.
The Being that you now are, the Being that is in you.
The All that exists.
How could you not want to love?
What’s going on with you? How could you harm, offend?
How could you diminish or denigrate?
How could you deny?

You breathe and you reaffirm:
I love who I am, I am who I love.

And your Being in the breath.
And there you breathe more deeply, expressing complete gratitude.
You finally perceive yourself and attend to sensations,
attainment, state, form, sentiment,
and what’s more: that latent consciousness,
without clinging, but so present, so marvelous.

Breathe more deeply,
and promise yourself lovingly,
to love it all, all, all.

Breathe.
