Make it so that your physical body, connects with your breathing.
That it feels that it does its work well
and that it experiences its maximum utility.
The most useful thing that your body does, is breathing.
Make it perceive that.
It is your conscious breathing that leads it
to integrate with that which connects.
You will ask yourself, which part of me is that which connects?
Moreover, with what?
And, although it is not easy to perceive and experience,
the one who meditates is the soul.
And, what end up being the most magnificent, as well as beautiful,
is what the mind does: it observes, it observes you.
Tell me if it is not the most beautiful and conscious act.
For the mind, when it observes this,
there is nothing left to do but quiet itself.
And, from the quietude, your mind observes you with love.
Because, equally it knows,
that what you are doing is from your love.
Body, soul, mind.
And there you are, breathing,
in quietude, loving yourself.
Recognize and celebrate the act.
Just as in any and every act,
a relationship takes place, a contact, a bond.
With whom?
Breathe.
You could invent yourself, recreate yourself, convince yourself,
believe a thousand stories, as much your own as those of others.
Because every conscious act,
is transformed into an experience,
and, in a certain way, breathing like this,
meditating like this, you experience yourself.
What should attract you the most,
is experiencing what you know or do not know about yourself.
Breath because
the contact goes along with what you are,
with the expression of you, what you contain,
what you know or believe yourself to know,
what you do not know,
what you like most about yourself, what you like least,
what exists in you.
Imagine how much all of that is,
and perhaps you are not able, -that would even be better-.
We contain everything.
And you are there, sustaining that, living it.
It is not a small thing.
Do you understand how immense it is? How immense you are?
Do you discern, moreover, what it is that wants to be, your contact?
And it is that you breathe so that your soul opens up, it expands,
and your mind reproduces that which you experience,
that should be love, more than anything else,
although so much more exists.
So much pain, so much emptiness, all of that which is hidden
and that you should not avoid, for anything.
You would have to weigh so much discomfort,
the bitter weariness
and all that which causes you despair,
that you could transform, precisely through those conduits,
with those that you contact.
Because your soul knows, and your mind knows as well.
They know what Is,
they know who you are, and they intuit all that exists and more.
How than can you deny yourself love?
Why do you insist?
Now that your mind observes, consider it well.
Caress it so subtly,
so that it does not entertain itself and it knows how to perceive you.
It knows of your love, it knows of your love, it knows of your love,
your magnificent love, your sublime love,
your immeasurable love, your strength.
Your greatest strength,
the one that sustains your body,
the one that emboldens your soul,
the one that enchants your mind.
Breathe, fully conscious,
more than out of necessity, out of love.
What else?
Permit the observation,
experience the quietude,
fulfill your silence.
A silence that does not know time,
nor does it inhabit any space.
It is free and it is capable of impregnating you with all that you are.
You are blessed, we are blessed.
Breathe attending to yourself,
contemplating your interior, reestablishing yourself.
Breathe deeply and connect here and now.
Thank yourself.
