May the Breath Take Away Your Fury

Meditation with Mataji Shaktiananda

24·08·2022

Propose to breathe consciously, very consciously,
without inhibiting yourself, without vacillating, without detaining yourself.
Establish a harmonious rhythm that makes you feel yourself,
and that produces a certain encouragement.

And the encouragement would be that you are greatly provoked to breathe,
that in addition to what is natural, vital,
you feel it to be just the right amount, just the right amount for you.
Let each breath fill you and convince you of yourself,
of that which you are, of that which you feel, of that to which you aspire so much.

That breath is installed,
it becomes vast, until it manages to reach you.
That breath knows well what it seeks,
what it wants and what it should find.
In principle, your Being, subject to you,
permanent in you, in serenity, open, trusting.

And you breathe imperceptibly.
It is there, it is like this, when you give yourself,
when you offer yourself, when you fulfill yourself,
when you only want to be with yourself,
blurring out everything else.

This city, the one of fury.
Breathe.

How many times have you asked yourself, what fury?
Also, because perhaps, you believed yourself to feel it.
So much fury.

You will say, equally, toward what?
And you should search for how much fury you hold.
Against whom? Why?
If you are on the list, wait,
breathe deeply, with acceptance.

If you want, equally breathe that fury,
if you recognize it, if you are identifying it or if she is identifying you.
And for those who accompany us,
may they breathe with us, what is breathed here.

You will say, how do I identify it?
How do I detect it? How do I recognize it? What is it like?
Breathe more.
If in some way, you have already worked it, breathe.
Furious, at times the wind, so free in its fury,
so surprising, just as those internal airs, yours,
those which you keep, those that batter you, those that strike you,
and those that, in turn, strike so many, with what?

And it is that it is fury, it is fury.
Fury at not knowing, at not knowing yourself.
Fury at not loving, at not loving yourself.
Fury at not recognizing, at not recognizing yourself.

And you breathe because if you are here today,
it is because you want something.
And, without imposing myself, you lead me, with your breaths,
to at least attempt, that you recognize something.

So then breathing, recognize this moment, this instant,
this, your pulse, this, your heartbeat, this contact,
so that it takes your fury, far,
far away from here.

Breathe deeply, with all of yourself, deeply.
Do not contain yourself, be overpowering,
with your own breaths.
Be free, with your own breaths.
May you know how to empty yourself and may I know of that encounter,
with a just emptiness, an immense, incalculable void.

And that your breath can with you.
And that your breath can with you.
And that your breath can with you.

And from such emptiness, moreover unfathomable,
you establish a purpose:
to know how to fill yourself this time,
from all and with all that blesses you.
Make this city blessed,
blessed for you, blessed for the other.
Blessed.

You will say, equally: What could such a blessing consist of?
In that you are, and you breathe here.

Breathe, blessed as you are.
And it is not because they tell you, it is because you feel it.
You will say, equally: How does it feel to be blessed?
To know yourself, more than to feel yourself, to know yourself.

You will say, equally: To know what?
The Being that you are, that which you are, that which breathes,
that knows and wants to breathe itself,
that attends to its breath and knows it is blessed,
in your city, your blessed city.

And in this way, you will breathe freely,
from your Being, being, feeling
and acting as it is.

Tell me that you will know how to breathe like this.
Tell me that you want to, because you need it.
I thank you for breathing with you,
for this way of feeling your Being, ,
what you are and where you are.

And do you know what?
I breathe well, I breathe at ease, I breathe in Faith,
I feel blessed and it is because of you.
Breathe well, breathe more, breathe yourself.
Trust in yourself, love yourself more.
