Attend to your breathing, center yourself there,
and observe yourself lovingly.
What have you acquired? What have you understood?
How much have you refined your disposition?
How much importance do you give to your moments?
What do you prioritize here?
Hopefully it would be giving yourself, surrendering to yourself, being fascinated by,
and more, your breath, being fascinated by it,
as well as wanting to remain within yourself,
from your quietude, your calm,
and your full attention.
Secure yourself in your breath,
let it integrate everything, let it permit you everything,
let nothing diminish you, and may you expand
there, as you are, where you are, without pretense,
without rejection, with acceptance,
and with an extreme courage
that reinforces your energy, that which you provide.
Without expectations, perceive,
become in yourself, be in yourself,
because in moments like these, one is.
When you want to shed any disguise,
any posture, any mask,
just focus on inhabiting yourself from that inner place,
the one you’ve come to know so well
and that allows you to be here, with yourself, within yourself,
contacting, connecting with your Being, the one that is.
Being of mine: I know how to surrender to you, how to make you available, how to love you.
Being: I acknowledge your strengths,
I encourage your spirit, I respect your ways.
Beloved Being: trust.
The breath produces, that aligns,
that compels your Being.
It seeks to suspend you, to contain you,
brief kumbak.
And the prodigious attainment,
amidst all this,
this exacerbation of conflicts,
of predatory manifestations,
of manipulations no longer so hidden;
and your effort to give yourself peace.
Breathe that peace, commit to that peace,
trust in that peace and in your healthy way of managing it.
There are so many beings incapable of respect.
There are so many ways, means, resources to upset you.
There are so many voids in so many beings,
attempting to attack.
Fill yourself with you, with what you know you are,
and with your journey, with your feelings.
Safeguard your voice,
and let it nourish your silence more and more,
so that, as I say,
it may deafen so much unrestrained noise.
Do not hide or deny yourself,
resist with the force of your love,
without fighting, do not exhaust yourself.
You are awakened, you are conscious,
you are active and you are surrendering.
There is no greater force.
There is no greater force.
There is no greater force.
So breathe deeply,
drawing close once again to your created space,
to the given surroundings and to the proposal of your Being:
to always be, to be more.
Breathe in gratitude
and always attend to yourself with respect and love.
Breathe deeply and, as always, attend to your truth.
