I Am This, and I Promise Myself More

Simply remember yourself and install yourself there,
breath by breath, in concentration,
become present, visualize your body,
your position, your posture.
With each breath, pass through yourself, feel yourself to be alive.
For in this way, you pronounce your life.

Make each breath conscious, deep.
Fill yourself and empty yourself, make the mind join you
in your intimate exercise, for its benefit.
Do not avoid thinking, do not avoid it.
Just simply regulate, set your intention,
love each thought, more so,
if it respects you, it strengthens you, it encourages you.

Let your mind know of your depths
and of what you feel for yourself,
that you do not become fragmented, to the contrary, you integrate,
and more so in this moment.

Remain conscious, enjoy,
perceive how you go on establishing what you are in you,
and more so, what you want to be, even more.
And your energy runs through you, it stimulates you,
it activates, recognizes and give thanks for each breath,
knowing what it is, the miracle that it is.

The mind, as deep as it is open,
as sensible as it is loving,
is moved by your achievement,
by your will, by your effort,
and it attends to you and you breathe.

Going deeper still, you no longer listen to yourself,
and thoughts yield to the silence that you are,
to the breath in silence, imperceptible,
but deep and firm.

And the feeling…
What do you feel when you feel the Being?
Do you feel capable?
Do you feel courageous?
Do you feel serene?
What do you feel of the silence?
Does it torment you or give you peace?

Breathe with serenity, without urgency,
sustain the quietude because you must go further.
Go further.

You would no longer know how to feel,
the void is not felt.
Nor do you need the breath, if you barely exist,
in a remote thought
of your beloved mind,
and the Being reveals itself, and you are without being there.

You retake your breathing and celebrate your heartbeat,
you rejoice in life,
and you do not forget the love that you are,
that you feel, that you impart.

You breathe deeply and give thanks to the Being,
to your divine consciousness.
You breathe more,
and commit to the thought:
I am this, I am this, I am this.
And you promise yourself more, to love yourself more.

You give thanks with your breath,
you thank everything in reality,
you promise yourself more, to try to love everything,
and more than that, to accept everything,
and more than that, to be everything.
