In me, I want respect and truth

Create the moment, become present,
take note of your situation,
of what you have as a body
and how it operates in this system.
It is because it has been created for this,
it is so perfect.
So then, knowing this,
situate yourself and permit it, let it work for this.

Pay close attention, alleviate any tension,
let it function as it is,
breathing like this, and let your breathing
be increasingly conscious of you.
Above all, thank yourself,
you are working on your manifesto,
you are wanting to be you.

For this, you perform this act of freedom,
without complexes, without doubts, without explanations,
wholly by your will,
because something now within you,
told you and knows what you are, that which Is,
and there is no longer a search, nor ambiguity,
nor pretense of validation,
nor complaint and even less, anxiousness.
There is subtle repose, tranquility,
and what’s more: Trust.

Would you feel your trust?
Have you taken notice of its expression?
And the breath gives it to you, it gives you that conviction, of feeling yourself,
of believing yourself, of intuiting yourself, with the confidence that Is.

You have learned to deal with the games of the mind,
you have offered it this game, and it knows it could not deny itself.
Would it deny itself? How blessed it is.
Observe it, decipher it, attend to it,
because it is who exercises the will.
Breathe with satisfaction.

The habitat of your consciousness,
the one that manages your conscious state,
the one that knows and even regulates your feeling.
And it’s there, quieted by you, for you,
assimilating your consciousness,
working for her.

Perceive how it assists you, how it enjoys your breath,
how it knows how to produce it, how it values it,
and what it achieves, maintaining you like this,
by conscious breath, imperceptible,
in this latent state, sensitive,
in the capacity of introspection, silent,
and what’s more, watching over and loving your Being.

There is no memory, there is a constant,
that which activates the breath,
in the midst of the world, that is so hectic.
But you reach a state of quietude,
of firm breath, you produce love,
that which you need, when you see so much,
who knows if hatred.
What qualifier would you give to the power?
Cruelty perhaps?
You no longer even ask yourself why evil exists.

And the breath speaks to you, it alleviates you,
it leads you to the immersion in your constant
to tell you:
In me, I do not want evil.
In me, I want respect.
In me, I want truth.
Because I know what my consciousness is,
and I take care of it, I work it, I educate it, I sustain it,
knowing that all is consciousness.
And beware of those who diminish it, who misuse it,
who still persist in causing it harm.

It is when the breath beats
and your consciousness beats in you,
to the rhythm of what your love is,
of what you comprehend.

Do not debate against unhappiness.
Don’t exhaust yourself with the hidden,
you don’t even know its shadow.
Don’t lose yourself in disenchantment.

Let your own intimate,
unashamed exercise, sustain you,
trusting in yourself, in the constant that you know,
operating within it, reflecting light,
and increasingly obtaining the achievement of being, being more.

If you look at the world, look at yourself as well,
although they don’t see you, there’s no need.
Surround yourself with those who love,
purify yourself more and more with your truth,
being sincere, honest.
Be kind even to those who insult you.
The weight delays, lighten yourself with faith.

Appreciate this that you are,
a precise body and a mind in light,
and what’s more:
A consciousness that only wants to love,
and that remedies harm, exhausts the pain,
and offers itself increasingly to the consciousness that Is.
Trust in that, surrender everything and everyone
to It’s consciousness.

From your silence
give thanks always to your beloved consciousness,
and always strive to love it more.
