Reserve strength from your good works

Meditación con Mataji Shaktiananda

11·06·2025

You visualize yourself there where you are, drawing yourself,
with the best idea you have of you.
You outline yourself; you fill yourself in,
and you offer yourself, that, your manifesto,
your expression of yourself, that, your exact form,
and you breathe with all of the poise and will
of feeling that you live, that you are here, being you.

Likewise, observe you breathing
in the greatest disposition
to internalize, to connect,
to what your expression is, being in you.
Become conscious,
substantially inhabit this present.

You go on quieting yourself breath by breath,
releasing tensions, of all types.
The breath sustains you, easy, docile,
light, subtle, continuous, free.

You continue perceiving yourself,
observing what you think,
and leaving everything there, so in you.
Each breath is present, is, permits you so much,
calms you so much, and at the same time produces so much,
until reaching that rhythm
of breath, so your own.

And what it makes you feel, so you,
knowing in this way, what you are:
that being, that essence, that spirit,
that soul, that inhabitant.
And the breath that makes you feel,
until that feeling is the least of it,
because you surrender that feeling,
that form of your Being,
that doesn’t even inhabit,
that your mind doesn’t trap,
and that also knows how to remain,
subject to that feeling,
that you also know.

Do you know your Being?
Does your Being know you?
And affirm it, lovingly affirm it.
And you know that it is more than this face,
this body, this lived moment, it is more,
and you also show it, you express it,
and it is what you contain.
That also breathes.

I ask you:
What is it that you truly demonstrate?
What is the manifesto that you are?
What do you present and what do you represent?
To whom?
What do you say? What do you speak of? What do you express?
What do you transmit? What do you hear? What do you listen to?
What do you repeat? What do you see?
What do you believe yourself to see? What do you look at?

And you could tell me, everything,
and that’s because it is so.
Who would you be then?
Exactly that: everything.

You breathe conscious as you are,
as you want, of what you do and intend.
You would have to see yourself in everything,
you would have to hear yourself in everything,
you would have to express yourself in everything,
you would have to feel yourself in everything.

Would you understand? Could you? Do you want to?
That is what is divine, about what human is.

You breathe briefly
and you maintain yourself like this, in suspension.
Try, permit that the void is expressed in you,
that you think nothing, you are nothing, you attend to nothing,
nothing weighs, you judge nothing.
And the breath, a nothing as well.

You are such a perfect formula,
and yet you prefer the unfinished,
that which demanifests you.

You breathe deeply now,
so deeply, and there you are,
that is what you are,
that is who you are,
and you will know well if you are capable
of knowing how to look at yourself in any other,
whoever it might be.
And what you say of yourself, you say of the other.
And what you hear you will be, the other as well.

Would you be able to comprehend?
Would you be able to believe it?
And it would be well worth it, because it is what Is.
But in this complex, overshadowed world,
you refuse to see what the light is,
that which exists, that which we are,
that which you cultivate and work with what you see,
with what you say, with what you hear,
with what you manifesto is.

Breathe, and for what you love most,
give thanks first of all to yourself, being.
And what’s more, be hopeful
for what you believe you don’t attain, you are not.
Strengthen yourself, nourish yourself with goodness,
reserve forces from your good works,
and move forward.

If you believe you must take advantage, do so.
Let the shadows slip away, advance.
Breathe deeply, feel yourself now,
and, above all, consider yourself loved,
a beloved Being.
