Open this meditation
with serene, deep breaths,
locating yourself in what your Being is.
Let your breaths be
your subtle pronouncement,
basically, what you take and what you give,
from what you are, what you live,
what you receive, give, and feel.
Project each breath
and feel them as vital nourishment,
and what you take from this system, from this Planet,
be grateful for that, be very grateful,
just as for having such a creative mechanism for knowing and being able
to nourish yourself from that, always give thanks
.
Observe your state, how you avail yourself,
and what you are achieving, sensitize yourself,
register yourself, sustain yourself.
Appreciate that, how it is that despite everything
that occurs, everything that happens,
you propose something like this.
You dare, you trust yourself,
to make such a valuation
.
And it is your value, of what you’re capable of,
what you know you need, and you produce it.
How much do you produce?
And you consider life,
what you do, and the breath that attends to you,
which becomes so present, so now.
You show yourself within,
you know that you are there, in you, with yourself, in your Being,
and in whatever this is.
You seem to meditate, to concentrate,
to give yourself space, containing your time,
and all that your time contains.
And it is with each breath.
The first thing that emerges is your strength,
your willpower,
which you activate so as not to diminish or ignore yourself.
It is to know, to know about you.
What do you know about yourself?
What do you want to know?
And it is knowing how to be, and you are doing it.
You cover, you fulfill, you know your Being,
who is revealed like this, before you,
value that.
And breathing happens so valiantly,
seeking the exact accommodation,
the internal, conscious sensitivity,
and the touch to the soul,
which breathes like this, knowing itself to be alive and conscious.
There is no loss, there is no misery,
there is no fear, there is no risk,
there is no mistrust.
It is what it is, whatever it is.
It is the action that occupies you,
and it is the Being that attends.
You are present, you are conscious,
you are situated, only for that,
to make yourself present and conscious,
and now more so.
You are inhabiting the world you contain,
within the world that is,
and each day, in so many ways,
you inhabit the collective unconscious,
which is also present, and you sustain it.
Tell me if that isn’t strength,
and the capacity to be?
That is why you give thanks , for being,
knowing how to be, integrating,
responding, reciprocating,
and participating in what life is.
How close and how far are you from all this?
From what life is?
To how many do you respond and reciprocate,
for what life is, for what living is?
And you accept your breath,
as it should be.
My condition of life,
my life situation,
my attitude, is that of a Being
who knows how to manage themselves, who knows how to integrate themselves,
and who reciprocates
.
Each breath is a response,
and I take it and accept it,
from my open nature,
to the life event that I play out each day
on this open stage,
from where I act and inhabit,
fully and of my own free will.
I no longer challenge, but rather I trust,
that every moment I respond
to the opportunity to exercise life.
And I now know that I can and must do so
from the exact principle
in which I can and must dwell,
knowing that I am love, that is my strength.
That is the meaning of my creation:
to love myself and to know how to love.
That is why I breathe, that is why I am here.
Every breath is that, my way of loving myself,
I must value that.
That I am conscious today,
is my greatest and best contribution
to what this is.
That is why I operate consciously,
from what my consciousness is,
I heal it, I respect it, I observe
and take care of its expression,
I expand it and value it.
And I know what I am and must do:
Love my consciousness,
knowing that it is and that it forms a part of all of this.
I no longer inhibit myself, nor do I hide, nor do I fear anymore.
We must do, we must be that action of loving,
and may this, my connection with myself,
before the breath that I am,
also be what nourishes the consciousness that Is.
That is why I give thanks today and always,
for knowing how to be that.
Beloved consciousness, thank you for the moment.
Thank you for the opportunity,
thank you for my will.
Your conscious breathing becomes present.
You breathe deeply and know yourself in the Being,
and you are there, increasingly present.
You resume the breath that makes you feel
what and how much you inhabit,
and that you are here and now,
and that above all,
what you know and do is always
to give thanks for the life that you are.
