Surrender to what you really are.
Nourish your breath healthily,
purifying thoughts,
and not giving in to any tension.
Mobilize that prana internally,
and subtly perceive what it produces.
Consciously elevate that breath.
First, focus on the Anahata
and breathe from there, with a pure heart.
Visualize what resides there,
how it is located, and pronounce a reason
over your heart,
the best one you can elaborate, and that you feel.
Center your breathing.
Extend upward toward Vishuddha.
Your voice, your word,
your pronouncement, your verbage.
How much do you say? How much do you speak?
What do you argue? What do you defend?
How much do you attack?
Breathe there, internally pronouncing
the primordial sound, producing vibration,
an intimate, internal, almost silent Om.
Try it.
Perceive yourself and continue rising to Ajna,
your inner vision, so unfathomable,
so profound, and achieve the Shambhavi mudra,
converging there, in your eternal gaze,
from where you have seen everything,
you have always seen yourself.
Breathe like this, looking at yourself, looking at everything,
so conscious.
Breathing like this, open the Sahasrara,
breath by breath.
Breath by breath, your immense window of light,
your immense sky, your extended dome
towards your expanded Being.
Breath your stillness, your will,
your effort, your concentration,
your attention, your surrender.
Remain like this, in that contact with yourself.
Nothing to think about,
only the breath, and that perception of yourself,
contemplating your Being, knowing it,
sustaining it, inhabiting it, living,
surrendering yourself to what you truly know you are:
that consciousness, that state,
that unimaginable space
in which you are everything, everything.
And you give yourself over to the encounter, you live it,
you register it, and you breathe.
What do you have? Your Being.
What for? To surrender it.
Why? Because it’s not even yours.
You breathe, offering yourself
in what you are, as you are,
and in all that you have.
And your silence exclaims:
Take me, I am yours.
You breathe, and it seems as if you are there,
not being so.
Or do you believe such plenitude is ours?
Here?
And that is the game of this existence.
And the more precise,
clear, and exact you are, the more reach,
more detachment, more elevation,
more Nothingness, lightness, subtlety,
It is the commitment, it is the agreement,
it is the promise; it is the truth.
How much have you given yourself?
How much do believe it to be that way?
Do you perhaps believe in time?
The breath in total bliss,
and your perfect points,
in line with what splendor is.
You, being Light.
You, in ecstasy.
And the heart so alive,
beat by beat,
pulsing your feeling,
forgetting the reason…
Forgetting the reason why it beats,
it folds into the very beat
of what the Being is.
Consciousness in plenitude
This is how you produce your love,
calmly, serenely,
trusting, attending to yourself, registering,
and cherishing your Being,
without fixating on anything or anyone,
but projecting to everything and everyone
what you are.
And the feeling:
May it only be love that beats.
You breathe deeply,
coming alive, imagining yourself already here,
just as you are, just as you are seen,
just as you feel,
considering the moment, the space,
your fraction, in the constant that Is.
You breathe in gratitude.
Bring a thought toward whomever you want,
but most of all to yourself.
I’ll tell you mine:
Dear sister, be well.
May the angels kiss you every day
and heal your heart, which is my own.
Breathe deeply.
