Demolishing That Which Traps Me

Meditación con Mataji Shaktiananda

12·03·2025

Fully supply yourself with prana.
Even the quality of the air is transformed
by your own modulation,
what you breathe, what you feel, what exists.

Visualize yourself in this posture, in this situation,
and integrate your halo, your radiance, your aura-sphere.
And rather than sealing or protecting yourself, open yourself,
imagining also, the sphere that contains you,
that assists you
every time you express yourself, knowing how to be.

And it is in this way that your breathing becomes conscious,
establishes itself in trust,
and you achieve that precise calm
in which thoughts do not interfere.
They allow themselves to cross you without disturbing you,
they respect your breathing.

They go on filling you with that,
we would not say with peace,
but with a tranquility that is yours,
that is your own,
in which you can expand yourself with pleasure,
with security, and with understanding.

It is that you give yourself such a subtle dominion of you,
as well as such an honest surrender.
You are what is, what you feel,
and so, from your own kindness to yourself,
you perform the vital exercise of wanting to be in yourself,
with acceptance, with firmness, with so much love.
Before what or before whom?
And it is with you, it is for you.

And you open yourself:
“Consciousness of mine, here I am, this is who I am,
daring to inhabit a space
given in a perfect time,
which I have assembled
from everything that configures me,
that I have brought
and that I want to take.”

And I breathe like this, I breathe well,
being conscious of that.
Choosing moments like this to know how to continue.

How much have I brought? How many? Who?
What have I attracted? What have I decided?
How have I acted?
How much have I revealed myself?
What remains hidden?
And I breathe all of this,
because it is within me, I contain it,
and it remains that way
in the present that Is.

What have I defined?
What have I identified?
What have I accepted? What have I worked on?
And I breathe.
I know that I already know, I know that I already know. I know that I already know.

And I play:
“What lies within me,
which I already know is not of me, I will not sustain.
Since my decision was:
transformation, detaching myself, uprooting myself,
demolishing that which traps me from myself.”

And, although it may be difficult,
I now know how to perceive my own lightness,
having detected, deprogrammed, and dissolved
what already lay as my burden, my delay,
my inconsistency, and my unconsciousness.
The one who breathes today is conscious.

How do I know? And I must not doubt.
Only this exercise, this disposition,
this contact, this breath,
is a real matter, it is a concrete fact,
it is an intimate truth, it is a profound need,
because I know that whoever lies here today is alive.

My life, my life, is my life.
And I breathe in it, so consciously,
expressing my love, which sustains me,
just as my breath, so precise.

How can I not know what to do?
How can I be confused? How can be I led astray?
How can I be devastated, if what is vital,
the breath in love, knows how to fill me?
The one who keeps nothing, hides nothing,
who does not lie,
who leads me to act in goodness,
in light, in truth.

Here, whoever lives, here, whoever lies here today,
here, whoever breathes,
is a being open in consciousness,
who respects the Law, and produces light and love.
Here, who I am, is the expression of the Being,
who created me in His image and likeness,
to be in Him.
For this I exist, I live, I act: to be.

I breathe as deeply as I can,
paying close attention to the present moment,
in which I know everything, I am everything, I can do everything.
And for that, I give thanks, I thank myself
and I project that gratitude to every possible space,
in which I know that the Being is and dwells.
Beloved Being, living and active consciousness.

Always be, love more,
reflect light, be conscious, speak truth.
