Before I begin,
I make a humble appeal
to St. Michael the Archangel.
I raise a petition,
as I offer and hope that you will accompany me
in producing in thought and feeling,
St. Michael the Archangel, be present here,
project order, light and truth,
so that in firm compliance,
everything that must happen, takes place.
Saint Michael the Archangel,
make yourself present in me.

Make your breath pronounce it too,
just that.
So consciously, slowly and lovingly,
breathe for yourself, breathe by yourself.

And there where you are, in perfect quietude,
visualize yourself as your imagination can and wants.
Draw yourself, join lines that make your outline,
apply some depth, a little more perspective,
so that you also reach your interior.

Maintain yourself there, in conscious breathing,
in principle, observing yourself, regulating what you contain,
so that it joins to what your breath is,
until you reach that constant,
that the thread, the line of your life is,
this here and now, this posture of life,
 this decision to remain here,
and those that you have made
to venture more towards yourself.

Breathe there, all of that
and produce the moment.
Moments are produced, they are elaborated,
so make this moment be what it is,
from what your will has already expressed,
knowing how and wanting to be in you,
producing that breath,
the one that contacts you, the one that runs through you,
just for that, to produce the moment for you.

It is when you breathe more consciously,
more in the situation.
 What is your situation today?
 What demarcates it?

Are you conscious of your tensions?
What is happening?
Is there an open process?
Is there something or someone that disturbs you
with their attitude, their behavior towards you?

Do you perceive a certain delay, or do you feel plenitude,
capable of relaxing,
of remaining like this, between isolated and oblivious to everything?
Attending only to your feelings, given in some necessity.
Are your necessities prioritized?

Have you been getting closer
to your own commitments, fulfilling them?
Do you receive assistance?

Breathe and produce the contact.
You will say: With what, with whom?
Do not even worry,
you can always be assailed by an “I”,
which is made in an unforeseen appointment.
Breathe and discard it.
There would be so much to contact with, more of you.

Imagine your neurons, your cells, your photons.
And everything converges in this moment that you produce,
making contact.
And what is immobilized and what is stilled.
 Everything makes contact,
just perceive your temperature.
And so much is done, be ecstatic there.

Do not seek to think or feel, perceive yourself.
Silence and stillness, your breath does it.
And the contact is.
And there is no scene, there are no people
there is no notion, there is no time,
there is nothing.
The only thing that persists is that contact,
and it would seem to be a force that is so yours,
 so accomplished, so conscious,
and the contact is, at the same time, with everything,
nothing is foreign to you.

And the planet rotates, the worlds brush against each other,
and you are still there, in breath and encouragement.
You know yourself; you know your breath
and it recognizes you.
It is what encourages you.
It is when the soul contacts,
because you know it and it knows you.

And you say to yourself,
in the midst of your silence:
I am only that, nothing more.

And so, as one who wants to or not,
make that at this moment,
 be your love.
Produce a breath of love,
so subtle, so internal.
I am only that, the love that Is, that I am.

Suspend yourself until you consider
breathing again.
Do not fear the void,
it is so natural, so personal.
Go on gaining depth with each breath,
with grace, subtlety and beauty, breathe,
 trusting in who you are:
the will to contact, the capacity for surrender,
and the way you know how to express yourself in gratitude.

Breathe deeply,
coinciding with this now
and with this space, with this projection,
and value your soul, your precious soul.
