Breathe without fear, without doubts, without anxiousness.
Rather, relax and focus on your breathing,
remaining there, setting your pace, your own necessity.
Take in as much air as you want and release it equally.
Attend only to your breathing.
And let’s say that you don’t seek to situate yourself,
but rather, detach yourself.
Do not identify a zone or space,
wait for each breath
to help you gain that lightness,
and you sit in suspension,
in your blessed space, the one you occupy.
With each breath, go on gaining elevation,
as I tell you: detach yourself.
Do not let your body trap you
under any of its sensations.
Leave it there, in conscious repose.
Go on making each breath
transport you to your most subtle body,
the one that does not even need space.
And you go on detaching yourself, elevating,
imagining that something, somewhere is waiting for you.
The breath elevates you
and your displacement occurs.
You are suspended,
trusting that something or someone awaits you.
And you feel ready, prepared, willing,
without any expectation or condition.
Every breath counts.
And your Being is transported to some space,
blessed moreover,
in which only the light occurs.
You breathe fully.
There is no burden, there is no cursed game,
there is no delay, there is no deception or indifference.
You are entirely held,
in a kind of great womb,
consenting to it, fully consciousness,
with firm understanding, with complete acceptance,
breathing joyfully.
And you go on preparing yourself,
so that only the most beautiful word that exists emerges from you:
Mother.
Mother.
Mother.
Pronounce it.
Mother.
Mother.
Mother.
You inhabit me and I inhabit you,
you are everything to me.
How much can I give you? How much can I ask of you?
If you are the great giver,
if in your immensity, you give everything.
Mother, I breathe in you,
as the child that I am.
There is no greater or better place
than in you, Mother.
That is why I know that the commitment is to return,
already being who I am, already being,
and having made
my Being, in your Being.
Beloved Mother:
What is this journey?
What turbulence have I experienced, Mother?
Attend to me.
Do not neglect me.
I no longer keep secrets from you,
nor do I deny you, nor do I complain to you.
No, Mother, how could I?
I am counting, Mother,
on your most loving projection,
the one that exists for me today, being you, being in you.
And I only ask, humbly,
that you fill me, you shelter me, you dispense to me,
your blessings.
Bless me, bless me,
bless me always, Mother.
You are our Universe.
You fill everything, I breathe in your breath,
I converse with you, I need you so much.
Forgive my lack of love, my own carelessness,
forgive my incomprehension, my ignorance.
Forgive me.
Let every breath, which I know came from you,
because in your breath I was,
be what is maintained
between you and me, Mother.
Loving Mother.
I will persist in this commitment of life
that I made with you,
by your goodness, by your infinite goodness,
forever.
So be it.
