When Your Being Knows to Be

At this moment, think about how you breathe.
Let your thought be breath,
and let your breath, be what you think.
Make there be a correspondence
and, that the only thing that each thought expresses,
be that wanting to breathe.

In this way, you make that act,
that attitude, those desires to breathe, conscious,
and you occupy your thinking with that attitude.

And you will see, you will feel, you will perceive,
certain gratitude, very personal, very internal, upon knowing yourself in this way.
Someone who knows how and wants to breathe,
because they know equally, what each breath,
combined with their thought, reports to them:
sustainment, quietude.

And it is not so much a question of concentration.
If we strive to concentrate ourselves, the thought wins.
It is to seek rather, an equilibrium,
that this conscious, natural, vital act of breathing,
produces in your mind, little or no thought.

Let all of that be quieted, be suspended, be enraptured,
with that manner that is so subtle, in which you observe yourself well,
what you are there, seated, still, quiet
and even content, because your Being is like that,
pure beauty, silent, manifested love,
sculpted, poured into an exact shape,
graceful and even attractive.

And all of that breathes.
All of that becomes silent.
All of that expresses beauty, exactitude, love. 

And there is nothing that disturbs you,
because you are there, trusting in you,
attentive and equally gratified,
because you contain an achievement:
you have gained patience,
but what is more, self-love.
Of that which is worked in this way, without exposing oneself,
without boasting, in conscious breathing.

And that same love that you manage to expand toward everything,
without being deceived, equally, by your false spirit.
All of this goes further beyond.
Beyond any useless, mournful, poorly committed, sad thought. 

Breathing like this, from what your love is, is more.
It is about a conscious,
pure, open, magic attitude,
with which you situate yourself in this small space,
occupied by your essence, today blessed,
that seeks, that wants, that is able to, reflect itself,
in what it knows exists, whatever it may be, Is.

Without visualizing anything or anyone,
without any verbal expression,
no prayer, no song, without activating sensors.
Rather, reposing in calm.
And, what needs to be activated, will do so.
What would it be? What would it be? What would it be?

And it is when your Being knows to be.
It knows of the Being and know that the Being knows of it. 

And you remain there, in subtle breath,
totally and absolutely activated. 
And not even the breath, nothing. 

And it is when everything that is active, is more so,
it produces more, it encounters more, it connects more and conducts more.
We are conductive beings,
stemming from this entire perfect system.
More so, when you know how you should use it,
express it and, the purpose.

You are so much, so much, so much.
It causes one to want to remain like this forever,
but you know well what occupies you today,
based on what you have been and what you do today. 

Activate yourself then, once again in your present, here,
and return to having that attention on the breath,
that brings you, that positions you,
subtly and beautifully in your body, the one that operates here.
And gift your mind, the best of your thoughts,
the best of your feelings.

Now thank yourself for this self-encounter,
this faculty that you express
and, this will, make it unbreakable. 

Breathe deeply,
because there is one who awaits you,
you, here, for that which Is, for those who are.  

Breathe.
