Love That, For That Loves You

Focus on your breath,
produce it with what you truly want to feel.
You go on concentrating, searching,
locating that synchronicity
with your thoughts and feelings,
and let the breath translate.

Calm your thoughts, attend to your feelings,
weave that, create a subtle fabric around yourself.
If you feel something dense, breathe;
if something impedes you, breathe;
if something distracts you, breathe.
Let that fabric envelop you completely,
and let yourself breathe within it, in quietude.
Let yourself want for nothing more.

This is your blessed disposition,
and a good part of your strength, of your will,
of your respect for yourself, for everyone.

Today, when so much is unknown,
is denied, is attacked, cover yourself with you,
with what your breath produces,
and what it leads you to: to know yourself, to recognize yourself more fully.

How much do you need to believe yourself?
Do you want to believe yourself?
As something, as someone, do you need it?
And if you didn’t believe anything?
And it is not that you have to diminish the value of your nature,
your divine humanity, your exquisite matter,
your impressive system,

but once esteemed, valued… then what?
What do you do, what do you want?
And let it breathe.

What are you needing?
Beyond what they make you believe you need.
Believe in your breath and trust in that.

It is so much, it is everything, it is what you need,
once you understand what this decision has been,
to arrive, to maintain yourself here, to encompass your Being.

Observe your breath,
so consistent, so brief,
so infinitely internal, so within you.

And the appraisal understood,
comprehended, accepted, more than lived…believed?
You would have to see, to make a fair assessment,
to define the state, and what’s more: to love your consciousness,
the one that doesn’t need your belief,
the one that is active, the one that knows you are here
and the effort you make to know, to be in everything.

So, what happens to you, what occurs,
when you see the state of this consciousness,
of which you are a part?
What does it lead you to?
What have you been able to contemplate, to consider?

And better that it be compassion that you feel,
the kind that is expressed and exposed
with humility and kindness.
Without common, trite, or diminished labels,
rather, with your innermost principle of truth.

The one you feel, the one that moves you,
the one that permits you to more, to be more,
the one that wisely rests within you,
the one that watches over your actions,
the one that shapes your feelings,
the one that permits you to remain calm, to speak in peace,
the one that makes you be here, like this.
The one that does not demand that you believe anything,
the one that is reflected in your heartbeat.

Remain there,
disregard the chaos, do not fuel the unconsciousness,
neither deny nor blame, become in your peace,
do not play at so many attempts to restrain misery.

Let these dreadful times
not make you afraid, on the contrary,
make your courage consistent,
and let infamy drag down the cowards,
out of belief, veneration, or worship.
Never your Being.

Let the only thing that can truly be elevated
be your consciousness, calm and resolute,
steadfast and eternal toward the spaces of Being.
And that fabric that covers you,
give it away, keep nothing for yourself.

Love That, for That loves you.
