Situate yourself in that space that you occupy,
go on settling your entire Being there, breath by breath,
perceiving in this way what your presence is.
Attend to your capacity to perceive yourself:
how you feel, how you have learned to be,
to remain there, in what your system is;
how you have treated it, with what care.
How conscious are you of yourself as a conduit?
And how do you know to reinforce it, offering yourself moments such as this
in which the breath is everything, being your most precious nourishment.
So then, go on establishing yourself, settling yourself,
so that not out of habit, to the contrary,
out of wanting to explore, enjoy,
what your interior is.
And the breath that guides you through each instant,
produces you the time,
validates your life and gestates your existence.
You observe yourself with eager attention,
taking notice of any tension, distress or latency,
that could unsettle or disturb you.
But for this you breathe, without permitting mental assaults,
but rather enjoying all that this will permits you,
this state in which your consciousness recognizes itself,
in which it dares to need itself and longs to express itself.
You go through yourself with your breath
and you go on dissolving anything,
even a physical discomfort, so that it is forgotten.
And there you are, manifested in your Being,
taking yourself into account, registering the instant,
and even if you don’t know it, acquiring strength.
You breathe with intensity,
with your own sovereignty and with enchantment.
And you continue advancing, letting the senses yield,
so that you feel nothing, you hear nothing,
you smell nothing, you see nothing;
and you savor yourself from the breath that you are,
and you remain installed in your own vortex,
in which the silence wraps you in the constant
in which everything occurs.
You perceive nothing,
the most important thing that occurs is your Being,
all that you configure, all that happens in you
and that the great motor is that subtle,
conscious, attentive breathing,
that modulates your mind, controls your senses
and establishes your gravitational weight,
and that plays in the state of the Being
that you are and to which you belong.
That has known to become in extasy in the possible distance
that this plane offers in order to be, to recognize oneself,
to inhabit it and to understand
what it is and what all of this is about,
that unfolds in this way, what a life is,
some forms, some relationships, some interests
and even some conflicts.
And that everything is, but that everything is organized
by that which the Law is.
Your life belongs to a Law as well,
and the breath evokes all that Law.
Breathe knowing that.
Imagine how many dimensions
you can traverse, even transcend,
in this state in which you risk it all
to connect, to activate yourself with all that of you
that dwells here at the same time that you live in this way,
with your scene, with the chosen character, and you act.
But in this way, as you are, the breath commands,
you disarm yourself, you disarticulate yourself, you depersonalize.
And it is when your energy is revealed, or don’t you feel it?
Knowing what it is in reality, in truth,
and it manages to free itself from you. It manages to be.
And it reatomizes, or don’t you feel it?
Everything is so subtle,
and your reactivation takes place, your contact,
even if it is brief and you displace,
you then inhabit and you install yourself
in the consciousness that Is.
And it occurs, you perceive everything and nothing,
though does not exists although it lives,
breath does not exist although it is produced.
And you obtain yourself, you are the Being,
pure consciousness, without all of this artifice, so dense
and at times so dark.
And you shine,
you coordinate with everything,
as rancid as it all may seem.
There is nothing to distinguish nor discriminate,
nor reject nor judge.
You remain there. Where?
Where would you be? Nowhere.
The consciousness neither seeks a place nor does it need one,
it demands no form, it expresses nothing.
It is only there when you pronounce yourself
without being anyone, without any name,
without denoting form, just that minimal breath
which is the breath of the Being,
and is the only thing that impedes you from not returning to see yourself
just as at times you conceive yourself:
so lost, so desperate, so combative,
so obtuse, so deceitful, so listless,
feigning anything in order to fall, to ignore yourself,
and even to wound in that which you consider is your own harm,
from which you see no escape.
So you accuse, you hold responsible, you blame.
It is when you have to breathe more,
to some out of some supreme instant
and recognize your misery, with which you still throb.
Or do you now feel liberated?
Be careful.
We tend to confuse ourselves and we are so delayed,
so breath with that same breath
that the Being is.
Breathe deeply, you now know what remains:
To commit yourself and promise yourself to be who you are,
abandon the failure, work in goodness,
maintain the light, feel and be the Being,
and do not hold back on what you consider love to be.
Breath more and convince yourself of you,
it is the only thing of which you would have to be convinced,
of your existence, of the life you chose,
of your capacity and your power
to always love yourself, and to love more.
Trust in that trusting in you,
rescue your truth.
Consider it.
Breathe in gratitude, breathe in your goodness,
maintain the achievement and breathe like this always,
conscious as you are.
