Breathe deeply, serenely,
so that it reaches you, that you feel it,
and that at the same it offers you everything to calm yourself,
establish yourself there, preparing to depart or enter.
You will say: Enter where?
And they are your spaces of consciousness,
all of them mental, in which you situate yourself, you inhabit,
and you are there.
Equally you will say: Depart to where?
And there are dimensional spaces
that you inhabit, equally, in which you know how to be,
and that even await you.
So, you go on situating yourself, settling,
your mind quiet, without expectations,
just knowing that there are forms
of relocating, transporting oneself, and you do it.
If you could convince yourself more
that you are an exact manifesto, capable of so much.
Just to be here, to live this,
to be able and know how to breathe, to want to do so.
And, by will, to situate yourself in you
with what you know you are.
That is already a life stance,
so, breathe in your life stance.
How do you want to manifest yourself?
In the midst of all of this,
that increasingly attacks,
because the tendency is to ignore oneself,
and from there, one knows little, one is little.
So breathe knowing that.
There is nothing to fear.
Observe what the breath gives you,
Impassivity? Tranquility?
A mind that formulates nothing,
futile thoughts.
Let everything fall into place,
let the breath order with loving patience.
Fear nothing.
What safer space than to be with you?
What resolution more profound
than to establish yourself within you?
What will more ironclad than that of remaining like this?
You will say: What does observing myself consist of?
In that you lend yourself to being observed,
in that you surrender yourself as you are.
And your breath is the breath of truth,
there would be no way to hide yourself nor how to lie to yourself
when the mind avails itself like this.
And all that is revealed: is,
even if you don’t like it, even if you deny it,
it is all there, in what you are.
All that you falsely hide,
that seeks to harm you.
Observe. What is it that happens to you?
How do you quiet yourself so rigorously by will?
How do you maintain yourself like that?
In quietude, without simulating anything,
nor arguing, nor gesturing, nothing.
You are there within, surrounded by you, wrapped in you.
There exists no uninhabited space, you inhabit it all.
Do you feel it or not?
Only in this way is the void sought,
that other space, so powerful.
What do you observe? So much lightness.
And the space-silence, where do you think would be?
You know well: the noise ceases, more so, the mental.
It is your extreme; it is the zenith of your consciousness,
it is the empty space, and you believe you are inside,
when in reality you fill everything.
You are present, you are, in all that Is,
it is from there that you must become conscious
so that you do not abuse, so that you do not hurt or harm,
or persecute or accuse, or have vile objectives outside of the Law.
Observe, with all of that earned capacity to observe yourself.
How much exists in you? Everything
How much dwells in you? Everything
Who are you in reality? Everyone
What reality do you construct?
What reality do you need?
That of your truth,
in exact play with the Law that Is:
To love more. To love.
Consider the moment,
the one that you dedicate to yourself in this way,
pronouncing everything to yourself,
reaching it all.
Do you perceive your Atman?
Dignify it; it is the Being.
Become dignified, be dignified, act with dignity.
Breathe deeply and continue inhabiting yourself
in all that you know that you are,
that which is within and that which is outside.
Breathe deeply,
encouraging yourself to continue always,
to offer yourself states such as this,
that mobilize you so much, from what your quietude is.
Breath and give thanks.
Thank yourself so much, it is your goodness,
it is your determination, it is your will,
your force, moreover.
Promise yourself to always know to situate yourself in you, through you and for you.
From there, every Force allied in light,
comforts the Being and adds to the consciousness.
