The breath constant, conscious,
registering well what your breath is,
the quality that you imprint upon it,
the execution of your breath.
Briefly consider the space,
the company, the present moment, your attitude.
May the breath not exhaust you, to the contrary,
let it sustain you there, in all that you are.
You tend to speak of cycles, don’t you?
It is as if each time you divide what happens to you,
it is as if you separate one thing from another, whatever it is.
And in some way, it gives you relief,
thinking, feeling that something occurs,
begins, happens, and ends.
You become accustomed so easily,
within what you believe discernment is,
to give oneself a proposal,
and that is when you open then, a cycle:
“From now on, I will do this, I will be that.”
And at times it’s so little that you maintain,
and not even mentioning what the closing proposal is:
“It’s over, no more.”
Are you sure?
Have you delved inward, have you measured what produced
that which you began,
consciously or unconsciously?
And that there remains nothing more for you
than to hold on to it, to frame it,
in something, who knows if foreseen,
for it to take place.
How many cycles are we speaking about?
How many would you need?
How many are you capable of producing, needing?
And it is a mechanism.
Do you believe your breath gives that which you do,
minute by minute, day by day?
Does it respond to cycles?
But you have referenced yourself before these systems
in which you believe explain everything,
more so, what your behavior is.
Understand well,
there has never been an alternate proposal,
within the constant that you are,
to give you the task of opening and closing cycles at whim,
or to take a determined cause or effect
so that it becomes a cycle.
Could you break away from that? Or does it frighten you?
D you believe the will plays a role in that?
Whose? Who handles your will?
How much have you understood what Is?
And what occurs is as simple
as the breath itself.
You make up facts, you produce events,
you act, so often without measuring the consequence.
And when you remember yourself, you’re in a state of incongruence.
So then, you falsely console yourself,
but the mechanism is habitual.
If you would only dare to discover and break the scheme,
that which has led you to ignore yourself,
there wouldn’t be this obstruction.
Cycles are obstructions,
moreover, because you rush to project
a resolution that you do not even have.
And what could be more serious and detonating:
Cycles accumulate,
those that you have opened and don’t even know how or why.
And you begin to speculate, even about yourself.
And you dare to say: I don’t know if I’ll be able,
ignoring everything, including yourself.
The truth is that you will always be able, always,
but more, taking charge of your condition,
of your exercise of life, of what you are,
you express, you do, you combine, you arrange, you incur,
to then do what? Ignore yourself perhaps?
It is when you believe something has opened
and the fear comes: “It’s a cycle; it will pass.”
How? How? How?
The breath there, constant and latent,
subject to what Is, the constant that exists,
and likewise, you should know how to act.
You will say to me: You are cruel.
And I tell you more: It is what it is.
I don’t even dare tell you the truth; you wouldn’t believe me.
So then, coordinate well,
know yourself more, accept reality,
propose firmness, and you’ll see,
you won’t even have cycles.
Events, yes, occurrences, with their consequences,
and you will know what or who produced them,
and you will be responsible,
for always permitting yourself to do more, being more.
And the breath firm, so conscious,
that something here, had to be said to you,
for being who you are, for acting,
would it be, as you want? For responding to yourself like this.
Eradicate so much pretense,
so much false tension, so little scruples,
so much ineffectiveness and false consolation.
Not even this life is a cycle.
It is more, it is so much more,
in this game that is so constant.
And your breath so continuous, so attentive.
Breathe deeply, without a possible cycle,
delight yourself in the ingenious constant that you are,
as well as exact, precious.
Dare to trust that you are not for that, not anymore.
Exclaim from your powerful confidence,
from your extraordinary consciousness:
In my constant, the present truth,
makes me be and feel
what always was is and will be.
I no longer forget.
Breathe deeply and thank the Being,
who has never divided feelings,
neither for you nor for anything.
It gives the encounter to your totality,
just as you believe yourself to be an unfinished being,
not being true.
Respond in the love that you are.
