Do not seek anything,
let your breath find you.
Let yourself, in what could be your subtleness,
be won over by your breath. Yield.
Do not permit any thought,
or sensation to obstruct that.
Do not feel so in charge of yourself,
of your own breath,
nor seek dominion or control,
perhaps alignment, adjustment, enjoyment.
Assume, in these moments, your divinity,
give way to it, or do you not tire of all this worldliness?
I know that you become distracted, you neglect yourself, you busy yourself.
And although you have a purpose and a proposal,
your ego escapes you, and creates disasters.
It would not be worthwhile for it to be only these moments
in which you feel like this, divine.
So, breathe consciously,
focus on your chest, make it burn,
let all the combustion of your breath
converge there, in what could be to feel yourself
in the surrender that you are, in what you give yourself,
in what you believe yourself to need.
If what you feel is an oppression, resist, pass.
More than a tension it is…How could I tell you?
What would I tell you?
Your most intimate and profound connection
with your entire system.
It’s what expresses you, so breathe there,
convinced of who you are and what you do,
until the impulse becomes irresistible to say to yourself:
I love myself so much, I care about myself so much,
I value myself so much.
And let the breath echo that,
let it emanate that; let it project it.
and you there, conscious of yourself, of all of this.
And the oppression, the burning, the activation,
the conduit, you.
Let the conscious breath
produce what that encounter
of your breath is in you, with you.
What is being nurtured, what is received,
and all that depends on that,
you whole life, what was, is and will be.
How could you not feel divine?
Although we see nothing,
the interconnection is so authentic,
more so, if the intention exists, the force,
and that sentiment, that you hold so wisely,
the one you have proposed to yourself,
for having attended to and understood,
what we are and what we’re doing,
and how much we have fought
to preserve what all that this is.
If you want, test yourself;
ask yourself: What do I want?
From what I believe myself to need.
In what or whom do I believe, when my reason questions?
What do I see and not see?
When I want to validate what I feel.
Breathe with increasing subtlety,
trusting in that powerful ardor,
the one that takes over this moment.
Maintain yourself there, enter into your silence,
grant it validity, it is your achievement.
Silence is an achievement, believe me.
Nothing to say, nothing to adduce and more so,
if it is born from your truth, that which fears nothing,
hides nothing, and warrants no deception.
There is clarity, there is liberation, there is healing.
And you have said nothing,
only this state in which today
you know to situate yourself, so in you.
Breathe love and silence,
a valiant formula for what the Being is.
But you do not trust, your ego always plays badly,
more so, when it believes it’s divine.
Asphyxiate it, drown it, annihilate it,
reduce it to nothing.
That is what your truth does, your firm truth.
Breathe deeply after so much relief,
knowing yourself to be freer, more loved,
breathe deeply and converse with yourself
from the silence itself, what occurs to you,
what makes you feel well,
but let it be truth, not your deception.
Promise yourself patience,
if perhaps you lack attainment.
Trust, you are in what Is,
being who you are, more and more.
Breathe deeply and show yourself in gratitude.
That which is divine is pleasant, appreciate that,
procure that, meditate more, be good.
