The Silence That Heals

Meditación con Mataji Shaktiananda

13·05·2026

Breathe consciously, thanking yourself for each breath,
and take in enough with longing, freedom, and strength.
Exhale what overwhelms you,
disorients you, pulls you away from yourself; let it go.

Remain absolutely present,
beyond what you believe this reality is, your reality,
that even you know very well, is not so.

Establish your presence breath by breath, perceiving yourself.
Let each breath calm your mind
and lead it to what is:
pure respect for your consciousness,
which welcomes it with kindness
because you have worked.

Notice, become conscious of what you are doing,
how you go on preparing yourself for this connection,
take note of your will,
and, with each breath, revitalize your strength.
The rest, surrender.

You have learned, you have recreated that form of being here,
knowing where you inhabit, all that occurs,
and what you have wanted to establish within yourself,
the purpose you have gained,
the decisions, and how you have grown stronger.
And you are no longer frightened by so much misery,
so much lovelessness, so much deceit,
and what helps you is to breathe and sustain your breath.

You have learned to observe
with less tension and judgment,
but detecting, registering,
what persists out there.
And you no longer succumb to anger, nor to resignation,
much less to justifying, but you understand and you sympathize
with what still seeks to express
so much condemnation, so much disrespect,
so much vice of consciousness.
The scandal is no longer,
and you let the breath help you.

Do you remember when
you blushed at so many immoralities?
What has become of what was called morality?

You breathe and sustain your Being with courage,
with your principles, with your ethics,
without deceiving yourself, without exalting yourself, without pretending.
You let the breath help you,
and what should always occur to you: to be moved,
to perceive yourself in goodness, to trust yourself,
not to break, to not to let yourself be broken,
least of all by those who punish themselves in their emptiness,
in their lack of love, in their selfishness, in their disorientation.

You breathe so subtly,
and you maintain yourself and call yourself to silence.
Call to your silence.
If you knew how much your mind loves your silence,
as much as you love its own.

When you know how to breathe your silence,
you no longer breathe. Try it.
That prana that you hold
is enriched, it is informed,
it commits to healing you in silence.

Do you know how much silence heals?
And not the one that quiets, the one that says everything.

I breathe my silence
and that is so much your truth.
You go on expanding, extending,
freeing yourself from so much noise,
from so much immoral scandal,
from every threat without knowing the Law.

Trust in that,
nothing hidden, nothing dark, nothing turbid
can touch your love in Law.

Breathe deeply without clinging to anything,
not even to your silence,
return to this moment, to this place,
become present, perceive your marvelous body.
Neither retain the moment
nor permit the moment to retain you.

Breathe freely and thank yourself always
for your beautiful will to want to be in you, by you, for you,
and from there, to be in everything, to be in everyone.

Breathe deeply,
consecrate your Being and do not allow
whoever does not know love to perturb you.

Resolve to breathe and breathe love,
it is what is most needed.
