Before anything else,
make a brief and heartfelt invocation to your Being.
Breathe deeply and consciously,
do not even name yourself, depersonalize yourself in this moment.
You will say, then to whom? How?
Be content with your breath.
Conceive that attention; that is the Being, your being.
And it isn’t even so that is present, but rather that it is,
even in your breath, in your silence, in your will and in your essence.
Become the conceiver of each breath
and become present in essence.
And all of this serene, calm disposition,
and that which thinks, feels, feels you.
And if it speaks… let it; it conceives of its very self, more so in a moment like this,
in which equally it feels attended to by you, by what you do.
And the breath produces so much, conceives so much,
and attunes your perception.
Verticalize everything and simulate nothing;
appreciate yourself now, appreciate yourself.
What exactitude! What sweet rigor! What attention!
And begin, begin, begin,
condition yourself, wisely and healthily,
avail yourself profoundly toward your strength, tell yourself everything,
may you neither ignore, forget nor underestimate anything,
consider it all; make the effort.
And maintain that breath,
the one that equally hears you and knows of you.
Raise a purpose, trust in yourself,
if you hold sorrows, attend to them; risk everything.
And you will now know, you already know, you already knew,
the times that are passing and how you are and are present in them.
And you know more of your own, of what you contain, of what you are.
And of the breath that holds, that attends equally,
that produces and pronounces all that you are and want.
Before whom? What or who listens to you? The Being that Is.
So tell it, so breathe, so live.
And you’ll say it, you’ll seek elaborations, arguments, even excuses.
None of them will suffice. The Being knows, it knows you.
So, remain there, adjust yourself there, suspend yourself,
reduce yourself to the instant, compress yourself. Non breath.
And when it is so, let go, release, and cautiously expand.
And while you identify your subtle breaths,
announce, not even what you expect,
that which already is, that which you already are, that which already exists.
And reserve, trust in what you have proposed for yourself.
Do you recall your brief invocation?
My beloved Being,
the crossroads arise, the forces protect,
the truth enlightens you, the Being loves,
consider your proposal even more, breathe it,
and above all, thank yourself,
Do not falter for anything, and do not heed what is foolish.
Breathe trusting,
nothing is more powerful than the truth,
nothing holds as much power as the truth,
nothing permits you to love yourself as much
as your purest and firmest truth.
