How are you feeling?
How is your breathing?
Are you comfortable? And you should be.
Do you know what it is to decide to be with yourself?
To be in quietude, to become in your silence,
is the best decision, it is a great proposal,
but what it indicates most is how much you love yourself,
and that is marvelous.
Do you know how many people do not want to love themselves?
They cannot, they cannot find the courage;
that is why you should feel gratitude
and make this moment pleasant,
overcoming everything,
so, breathe consciously and serenely,
perceiving yourself, alleviating tension and lightening your thoughts.
Value the state of your mind, accept everything it has,
and breathe for it, so that it may calm down,
so that it may permit itself, so that it may know
what it must and deep down wants to do:
to die within you, with you, for you,
as fed up as it may be with your egoic ways.
Breathe and attend to your Being.
Whatever you feel, any reflection, let it be,
because what it is about is that you surrender,
that you know how to be in you, that you accept yourself there,
where you are, as you are,
as well as with all of your circumstances, that which surrounds you,
even that which you feel or sense is against you;
establish and determine only that which exists within you.
How much of the world do you contain?
What has your process of adapting, of being here, been like?
How have you behaved?
What, whom, have you believed you needed?
What have you employed, utilized, used?
Are you content, or are you struggling with your discontent?
Have you known how to interact?
With whom, with how many?
With what intention?
What do you seek, what do you find in your company?
Have you believed in, have you accepted, blood ties?
Have you respected that? What do you affiliate yourself with?
Who do you adhere to?
All of this speaks of you.
Breathe consciously,
knowing that you inhabit yourself with all that you are,
and perceive how light or how heavy you feel.
How free and how subject are you to yourself, to everything?
What have you done?
What are you doing? What are you going to do?
Perceive how you ignite,
everything you stir within yourself.
You boil over.
And it is your intensity, and your breath, barely.
You breathe in, and your mind, almost dead,
null, overwhelmed by yourself,
giving space, opening up,
and whether you believe it or not,
it dissolves sorrow, annoyance, anguish, defiance.
Nothing and no one can position it like this,
and do you know who dares? Your Being.
Your one and beloved Being,
this inner force that has already decided.
That is why you breathe, you abstract yourself,
you perceive yourself, you love yourself like this,
appreciate that, be guided more by that channel of yours,
ever more unbreakable,
to what your divine will is,
that which you already surrender to the Being.
And far away, whoever denies you, challenges you,
ignores you, deceives you, lies to you.
Let them certainly hide
like the shadow they are, because you,
you already love yourself more.
Suspend yourself, retain all that you are,
more so that silence, the one you now achieve,
that remains unmoved, that doesn’t debate,
that still believes that goodness prevails
because it would be Law, but you now know:
here there is no respect or Law, there is fear,
expressed above all, in power and evil.
Breathe, find relief, it is not your decision,
it is not your choice.
It is to love, to love yourself, it is to overcome the pain, it is to trust.
Breathe deeply,
with profound gratitude, with firm consciousness,
with clear judgment and with the strength
to know how to continue, to be, to remain here,
until it is so.
Until then, be; make yourself present,
and coordinate your actions, stand firm in your truth
and strengthen your will.
Do not lend yourself to the lovelessness
and above all, conquer your shadow,
with your sound judgment, with your precious silence,
and with the force of your love.
