Your countenance proud in your present, showing your face,
and your open chest, that describes your soul.
There you are, so present, so here, so in you.
Let the breath do everything,
it equips life, your life.
Observe your breathing,
let it be free, let it set the rhythm,
and in this way, you will know who you are and how you are.
Attend to your breathing.
You go on stabilizing yourself there, in your quietude,
in this, your moment, in the way you are,
what you are feeling, what occurs in you.
Let the breath calm you more,
if you hold tension, release it,
breathing everything.
Do not seek to join yourself to anything or anyone,
be you, be in you.
Do not make a request, or seek anyone,
do not attend to anxiety,
do not try to understand anything,
comprehend, that yes, what you are and do,
and, from some place, celebrate that,
more so, because you are here, so in you,
performing the exercise of introspecting,
of reaching more of yourself,
of reinforcing your essence in moments like this,
in which they want to determine you,
without even knowing what is wanted.
You do know.
Breathing like this, you could even say:
Who wants something from me? Besides you?
Who requires something else from me?
You breathe and you concentrate on yourself,
on what you know you want,
and you reserve it.
These are not times for exposing,
not even what one wants.
Times in which
so few know what they want.
The have entered into schemes, interests,
and even confusions,
so obvious and visible, and they don’t even realize it.
And you breathe freely.
You exist, you live, you do, from your own force.
You do not need reinforcements,
not those that inhabit here, to be dictated
by those who want you to want what they want.
Breathe wanting, wanting yourself.
The more you breathe, the more you comprehend, believe it,
above all for what would seem to be
a suffocation, attempts at drowning.
Breathe freely, breathe your truth,
breathe what you are,
and remain observing your immutability,
your certainty of you,
this, your breath, so valuable and personal,
so within you and so outside of everything.
And you are there, knowing what you want,
and still resisting what is fostered
by fear, risk and doubt.
And your breath is so firm and attentive
to your blessed present.
And the moment slips by you, in which you are present,
in which you are, in which you know what you want,
being your divine presence, unconcealable by others,
so visibly beautiful, so conscious.
That is your worth, that is your state,
that is your longing and your firm truth, only that.
You neither subject yourself nor cling, not even to that.
Try to suspend yourself, and if you’re able, even better.
Each moment like this counts toward your attainment,
for your force, for your truth.
Sustain it; sustain the moment
and from where you know and are able, say:
My love is firm,
my truth is firm,
my Being is firm.
And the breath is free, freer.
Deep breaths
that express gratitude, firm gratitude.
Breaths that express
how much you care for yourself, you love yourself,
and what a moment it is, always, always, always.
Om Namaha Shivaya
