What Do You Dare to Achieve?

Give yourself space to ask: What do I need?
And whatever it is, offer it to yourself.
Hopefully it would be serenity, calm,
joy, and patient love.
So give yourself all of that,
breathing consciously,
so that every requirement
begins to diminish before your placidity.

Take each breath with firm intention,
allowing for that calm, deep inhalation,
a peaceful retention, and an exhalation
that clears you, that alleviates you.

Begin to perceive yourself,
any sensation, not an alteration;
that is why you breathe consciously.
Observe your rhythm without anxiety
and celebrate that mind so supportive, so faithful to you.
May it, knowing you, understanding what you want,
lovingly yield.
And for the noise, any demand, may it prepare itself and yield.
It is when you enter, you permit yourself access, and you even delight yourself.

And being like this, center yourself, focus on your chest,
clearly locate the pulse of Anahata,
before you distinguish your heartbeat,
make it pulse and, if you can and want to, visualize yourself there.

Without concepts, create an image
of what you feel your chest is;
with pulse and heartbeat, open yourself up and bring your breath there,
with determination, with impulse, with your strength,
until you perceive that burning,
simulating a pressure that doesn’t exist.

You are activating—far from matter—your threshold,
through which you are able to express,
to manifest yourself with pulse and heartbeat.

Become serene.
Do not let emotion overwhelm you; be sentiment.
And receive what springs forth, what is bestowed upon you, what you produce.
Are you holding something there?
From what sentiment? Perhaps with suspicion?
Better not.
Open up!
Without effort, without complicating things, without idealizing.

It is a system containing forces,
and you manage so many within and without.
There is space there, and you breathe it in.
Breathe in the space of your heart.
Be capable and burn.

And neither call that «nothing,» nor force syllables,
nor sense, nor relive images.
Where do you think the void fits?
Burn then.
And don’t just believe the feeling, live it,
even feeling it would be insufficient.

Wise as you are, what do you intuit?

What do you dare to achieve? What do you take and what do you give?
And the breath beats, and the pulse dilates,
and you accept strength, and you open up.

You know? It is there where we break ourselves.
If this is your case, make a subtle seal with your hands:
left below, right above

and burst forth with strength.
Burn, and intimately offer yourself.

This Being that I am is of me.
So that I may always be of the Being,
I seal myself in my love, without pain.
I love myself deeply,
I love the Being, knowing that it is everything and everyone.

I become one with what I am,
knowing who I am.
I thank the Being
who has shown me my own firmament:
the kingdom of love that is within.

I breathe deeply.
I attend to myself in light, which would be to be at peace,
not to hold grudges, nor to be defeated.
I thank myself so much!
I promise myself firmness and a wise response to my Being.

I breathe deeply and draw closer to the here and now.
I am present, I am presence.
