Mataji Shaktiananda

I carry in me only one clear purpose: to make you see your own Divinity in you

Mataji Shaktiananda is a woman who, after years of deep soul work and extraordinary experiences, has revealed through her own life that Divine Consciousness can be reached in its most sublime states by any being, anywhere in the world—beyond religion or dogma.

A direct disciple of Mahavatar Babaji, she is today one of the pioneering consciousnesses establishing a new focus of the ancient Kriya Yoga path in the Americas, demonstrating that it is possible to live a “normal” life—demanding and fast-paced—and still fulfill one’s true purpose.

Meditations

Meditations with Mataji Shaktiananda

Who or what is a meditator?
One who seeks to meet themselves through themselves.
One who knows they dwell here and there, and seeks union.
One who knows their Being contains all things.
Mataji Shaktiananda

Meditation is the soul’s inner experience—the bridge between the human being and their divine consciousness. It is the direct encounter with the beauty and truth of the Self, in communion with the highest levels of cosmic awareness.

Each meditation, beyond its internal contact, also offers profound spiritual insights that can be applied to all aspects of daily life.
