Tell me how you are?
In a brief thought, share with me:
How are you? How are you feeling?
And let that remain there, without affectation. In you.
Breathe serenely, feel calm.
Create for yourself the exact idea of where you are,
what you are doing now,
and let that contain you.
You could sum it up in a short sentence:
I’m loving myself.
And breathe feeling that.
Make that be the act of meditating.
To detain yourself, to rest,
to be disciplined, to center yourself,
to encourage your soul, to value the moment,
your will, your intention.
And to proceed in yourself, to communicate with yourself as it is,
to open yourself in connection, to correspond,
from what your mind is, with everything that exists, more so, in you.
Let your breath guide, attend to it well.
Sustain a rhythm, don’t let anything alter it.
Neither diminish it, nor accelerate it, nor huff.
If you produce something like that,
you are not heading toward yourself,
you are letting what is of you,
in you, but is not, obstruct you.
You have to produce calmness, stillness, silence.
Silence occurs when you breathe calmly,
and the system accompanies you.
Right now, you feel that warmth,
that shelter and you are achieving it.
The tone is just a current,
which stimulates your vibration.
And you are silent.
And it is when you don’t perceive interference
of any kind, except your own.
You don’t become distracted,
you don’t attack yourself,
you neither diminish yourself nor prevent yourself,
you do not exalt yourself, you do not distress.
You make your breath adjust your sensitivity
and your sensitivity order your mind.
Nothing stimulates it to bother, fear,
get upset, speak out about anything.
It knows that it must respect your silence.
And the breath, the one that produces everything,
the one that sustains you, makes you alive.
And your life, what is your life?
And we go back to the beginning:
How does your life make you feel?
What are you up to? What have you done?
What will you do with your life?
Do not huff.
Make the breath know how to contain
what you determine today is your life.
Make it be enough for you,
even if you are dejected;
so that what you go on accepting,
reviewing, even concluding,
of what your life is,
does not encourage your breath.
Move yourself to where you could remember some notion,
preferably your own, of life.
Something that you believe yourself to have learned,
something that you bring,
that you feel, that you contain, of what life is,
of what you have assimilated from all of this,
from what you have seen,
from what you have not.
And make the breath make you feel how alive you are.
And as I have always told you:
make the breath a strong encouragement,
the strength that Is.
And it is not that it impedes you,
that you over-examine yourself,
that you evaluate yourself,
nor that you come out ill-disposed of what this purpose Is.
But you have to advance, from moments like this,
so intimate, if you will, so raw,
in which you face what you really are,
what your truth is, what breathing translates,
what the mind reveals, the system that resists or assists you,
the soul that opens up and shows
itself from the state that preserves and conserves it.
And the soul does not lie,
it is always disposed in the truth that Is.
It is the one that reveals, it is the one that resents,
it is the one that you damage
if you do not love yourself and
if you do not translate that love into good action,
into kindness, into constancy,
into achievement, fair assignment of your own
tasks with yourself and therefore in others.
Or why do you believe what love is, exists?
So that you produce only light, splendor,
the force of goodness and each time,
so much dejection, so much evil,
so much deceit and vice,
so much darkness will be more
and more diminished in you, in everything.
And the breath, so exact, so just in you,
such exquisite nourishment for what your soul is.
That eternal goodness, that immensity,
that precise record of the Being that Is,
of what everything Is, of that immensity,
of that infinity, of that Consciousness so complete,
so perfect, so generous.
You will say: And is that always right?
As good as you or as bad as you.
But the truth is, it only exists for your fulfillment,
even if you don’t know it. It gives you everything,
even if you want nothing, and that’s perfect.
That’s how it is. So, conclude that the choice is yours.
Breathe consciously, breathe deeply,
breathe listening to yourself now,
thanking yourself for your silence,
whether it is true or a lie.
Thank yourself for your willingness, your will,
your encouragement.
Work on your acceptance, and more so,
how much you want to love yourself,
advance toward that, fulfill yourself in that.
Breathe.
