Take each breath consciously,
knowing exactly what you inhale,
how and what you retain,
and what you want to expell,
exhaling deeply as well, emptying yourself,
and even more consciously, of what you fill yourself with.

This air that makes the atmosphere,
this prana that nourishes lives,
these confused winds that make,
that form, so many currents of beliefs,
thoughts, ideals and even hope.
Decide well what you want to fill yourself with.
What, of all that exists, you decide to take in.

How has it been that this planet,
is your own creation?
What do you believe remains
there that is still pure, breathable?
And what is contaminated?
With what fluidity, acceptance, do you breathe all that?
What do you perceive when you breathe like this?
What do you permeate yourself with?
What do you find in the midst of all this,
for what you want in yourself?
Do you know how to situate yourself in all this space,
so immense, so populated, and even dense?
Do you know how to be there, to hold your position, to recognize yourself in you?

And the breath quiets,
so that even if you imagine landscapes,
you relive situations, you get lost in extensions,
you are there, in you.

May you achieve stability as well as serenity,
a mixture of rest and stillness.
You rest in yourself.
Your Being wants to be still, and you achieve it.
And it is the breath so deep and conscious.
And you make an agreement to forget,
even if for moments,
and you remain there, in quietude.

And that mind that respects you.
Does your mind respect you?
Have you given it notice that it must be so?
That it abides by a principle that has always existed in you.
That it has been created for that,
and that what you recreate, should also be,
to earn youself your respect.

And you breathe with the utmost respect.
It is when your mind rejoices
in the respect you have for it and it responds,
it is perceived, silenced, sensitized and ordered as never before.
And it holds, it holds respect for you,
for what you think, for what you elaborate,
for what you aspire to, for what you yearn for,
for what you love.

And it knows that you love being like this,
it is an act of respect toward yourself, for yourself,
for what you believe you are, for what you believe you feel,
for what you truly want.

And the breath so quiet, so balanced,
 imperceptible, soundless.
Because you also take care of your breath,
you respect it so that the balance occurs,
and you know how and are able to maintain yourself here,
where the air does not seem to be of respect,
on the contrary, it is given to violate,
to transgress, to profane what exists like this,
the deepest and most loving sense of respect.

You breathe and you do not observe any disturbance,
even when you know what surrounds you, what lurks,
what does not yet respond to what Is.

And from what you breathe you propose,
 that everything you exhale,
is for the reestablishment of what respect is.
Because you have known yourself and you have committed yourself
to expand, to sustain only what you well guard, care for and increase, in the way that your consciousness is revealed and permits itself to breathe.

There would be no other reason than to expand yourself,
to pronounce yourself, to act and to be That,
that which exists as a reflection of what the Consciousness is.
Where do you find it?
Understand well, in what you breathe in yourself,
in how you breathe it and the respect you hold for that.

If it doesn’t happen, try harder,
understand more, perceive more.
Everything here, everyone here, deserves
the deepest respect.

And even if you see such anxiousness,
such lack of control, these acquired forms,
the product of selfishness and the desire for power.
Do not contaminate yourself, respect yourself,
loving yourself like this, breathing like this, expanding yourself like this.
If not, you fall.

Breathe deeply, letting go of everything,
evaluating if you wish, what you have done.
If you have been able, if you have wanted to, if you know.

Propose to earn even more respect,
knowing how lacking it is, how much it has been lost.
Promise yourself never to lose it,
do not lose respect,
always encourage yourself to be more,
to connect with yourself in you, to not lie,
and strive so that your breath
is in goodness, is in light.

May your mind be healthy,
open, awakened and loving toward your Being.
May it respect your Being.

Breathe more, thank yourself, always trust, and mostly, be true.
