Breathe firmly, breathe steadily, breathe consciously.
Focus there,
just on your breathing, quieting yourself.
So that do not have any physical tension,
breathe for that and allow your body,
after each breath, to become quieted, to be calmed
and sustain you there,
without demanding anything from you.
Review your face, relaxed, and observe
how you manage to become calm,
how each thought, without inhibition, passes.
Because you breathe for that.
Of what exists,
what do you believe observes you the most?
More so, in this state,
in which you hold yourself as if in suspension,
quieting yourself, perceiving yourself.
What do you believe is observing you?
What or who is
consciously registering this?
What or who causes you to be like this,
to want to be like this?
From what part of yourself do you achieve this?
What exists in you, wherever it is, that recreates itself in this?
In making your mind recognize itself,
stabilize itself, calm itself.
That your senses turn toward you.
That your speech be made silent
and that your body sustains all that without interfering.
That you’re able to be like this, so in you, at will,
with enthusiasm, with strength, with understanding and,
above all, with so much love.
What could lead you to this?
And you are there, as if you were not there,
because something of you does not even feel,
it goes on subjecting itself to that suspended state
in which That which produces this, exists,
that which invokes that part of you, the clamor,
and in so many ways, obtains it,
because you are, in this way, immersed in yourself.
What or who do you believe produces this?
Wanting what?
Observe your quietude, observe how much you achieve,
how much serenity, how much silence.
It is as if there exists nothing more than you in you,
being who you are, attending to your Being,
strengthening your soul, acquiring your state,
surrendering yourself.
And you would already know to whom and to what:
to what you know exists in you,
what permits you to be, to be present, to feel, to love yourself like this.
And the breath is the conduit, it is the way,
it is life, it is your breath, it is your force,
that connects you to what the consciousness is.
Observe how it inhabits you.
Perceive how that consciousness is in you,
what it produces in you, what it impels you toward,
what it offers you, what you give it.
And so you remain, breathing calmly,
knowing everything, allowing yourself this instant
in which only that exists, in you, by you, for you.
You would have to appreciate it,
so that you always participate in this, from yourself.
And it is so simple to remain still,
to breathe consciously, to accept the moment,
to trust in yourself, to respect your space,
to feel the world and inhabit your consciousness.
And there you are, there you are present, there you join
with the consciousness that Is,
that is all that exists.
And you contribute to yourself just as you are,
just as you feel, just as you love yourself.
You exist in consciousness,
you inhabit what Is, you love what you want,
and you are the Being and the Being is in you.
And the formula is given and the mathematical principle
gives its result:
you are the Consciousness, the One itself.
What else do you want to pretend?
Who do you want to attack?
How much do you desire?
How much more are you going to deceive?
Do you not get tired of lying?
Why do you resort to pain?
How much infamy will you accept? Rescue yourself now, accept your truth,
and do not let anyone detest you, least of all you.
Become aware, make yourself present.
Breathe deeply,
establish the value of this moment,
and never settle,
keep breathing until you know how to burst
and you deatomize, and lose matter,
and you obtain yourself beyond, in That,
in That which Is.
Purify your Being, become more and more subtle,
go on abandoning all this and opt for what Is.
Have faith in yourself, arm yourself with trust
and love yourself more, more, always more.
Breathe well, breathe here,
breathe deeply and thank your Being,
that dares to do so much.
