Attend to your breathing with deep concentration,
as if there were nothing else, than this, your breath,
knowing that it is your vitality that permits you to remain.
You should know that, in part, it is your greatest blessing,
to breathe, to breathe yourself, to breathe it all.
What I was saying, is that it permits you to remain,
to establish yourself here, in this space,
in which the condition is singular: to breathe.
The moment you cannot,
you would no longer be, so exercise that breath,
fully conscious, with profound gratitude.
Explore your rhythm, your attitude, your serenity
and all that this produces.
You go on detaching yourself from the sensorial
and you immerse yourself in you, quieting yourself,
regulating thought.
And if you think something, which would be normal,
think about that, think about what Is,
think about what you are, think of your goodness,
think about gratitude.
Because those thoughts, are that.
How could they disturb you, distract you?
On the contrary, the quiet you, they dispose you, towards what you are.
And the breath that accompanies, in the strength that it gives.
Your breath accompanies you in being what you are
and it is quieted, it becomes so intimately involved
in what you are in all that it produces.
Imagine all that your breath produces,
into what it becomes when it passes through you.
It is the only thing that passes through you like this,
and goes on recognizing each part of you.
And it functions as it is:
your purest nourishment.
To think that it is a process inherent to your system.
Think of that and imagine what is most important:
to where it leads you,
and it is toward you, toward the being that you are
and, the one that is willing to remain here.
To what do you believe your permanence here is owed, in the cycle you have chosen?
Why did you choose a system
of proven permanence, to be here?
What brought you? What prompted you?
What did you request? What have you agreed to?
With whom did you remain?
How much time did you stipulate?
Is there perhaps a greater plan in you, the one that Is?
And all of that, questions with answers,
are held by your breath.
Imagine then, what it is.
How is your breathing going?
If you contain placidity, more so than hasty anguish,
you are in the space and time that Is in you.
It is just that we really need to accept all of that,
to agree that it is so and celebrate that everything occurred.
Breath to not confuse yourself,
so that nothing and no one persuades you,
or causes you to desist from what you have wanted to be.
Seek suspension, the breath still,
absolutely mute,
extensively held,
the one that pulses and only responds to the beat.
And then you appear in the Nothing,
without reasons, without explanations,
even without motivations.
There is something more, subject to you,
beyond what your will would be.
And you pass from breathing to the breath
and, the breath is Him.
What could you attend to now? Nothing
What would you say? What would you complain about?
What would you ignore?
Supreme Being, Supreme Consciousness:
sustain me in your breath, let me remain there.
May all of this misery, all of this pain,
all of this unconsciousness, all of this evil, not be.
Expose me before those who hide.
Make me shine before the shadows.
Grant me, for what I have made of my will in you
and of yours in me, the strength.
Grant me the strength to free myself from everything.
Keep me in your breath, when my breath fails.
Grant me the glory of being.
May this be my eternal proclamation before you.
Preserve my consciousness in that which yours is.
And until my last breath, I promise to be.
And even beyond, to wherever.
I contain you in my breath, permit me to be.
Now make that breath possible and breathe deeply.
Become in the air, in the prana, in the ether.
Become strong.
May my consciousness be loved.
I love the consciousness.
