Exercise the Power to Love Yourself

Attend to your breath,
center yourself there and observe how you breathe,  
how fluid, if you encounter any difficulty,
if upon breathing, you sigh.
Attend to all of that.

Go on making it serene, calm every breath
and you will see that it will offer you the same:
that serene, restful attitude, and you will go on gaining stillness.
And the body responds, no disturbance.
If you identify any tension, free it by breathing.
Review your face and relax it.

You will continue to gain that attitude,
the one that makes you feel in you,
with tranquility, with serenity, enjoying that quietude,
that equally, goes on gaining over the thoughts that become limited,
within that freedom that you manifest,
when you sustain that attitude.

Do not oppose your thoughts, not one.
When they feel themselves to be alone, they will know you are not there.
Do not let them concern you and, much less, try to dominate you.
Do not even try,
let your breath take care of it.

You go on attenuating your breaths,
until they become imperceptible,
natural, powerful breaths,
that go on helping you expand yourself,
 to give reach to what your substance is.
To your manifested substance.
And you exist there, powerfully.

You will say, what does my power consist of?
And you breathe, because you could find it to be indecipherable.
It is that it is a divine power,
that makes use of your appearance,
so sensibly human,
the one that you have known how to preserve, to establish this power.

You will say equally, what is a divine power?
And accept a qualifier for me, it is exquisite,
but more so, it is the power itself.
It is a substance like you, adhered,
with which you go on being permeated,
in the measure that you want and know how to play with you.

And you will say, Do I perhaps have, sustain, some power?  
All of it, or do you not feel it?
And it is divine, it is perceptible,
more so, when you want it so.

And you will say, how do I perceive that power?
Breathe and do not think about it too much, although it already is.
You would have to be capable,
more so when from all of your sensitivity, you propose it to yourself.
When from all of your conduits, you are willing.
When from your understanding, that, your understanding,
you propose, you propose to your very self, you propose to yourself
and you accept, you accept yourself, you know yourself, you recognize yourself
and, the feeling overcomes you and you feel yourself.
And that feeling overtakes you.

It is when you propose to love yourself
and you begin to exercise that power,
the power to love yourself, the power to love yourself.

And you know that it is the most immense power that exists.
Why deny it to yourself?
So then you reach the force that this power contains
and, it seizes you, it seizes you completely,
what is and what is not and, you empty.  
That is when the power increases.

Feel yourself to be very powerful.
If you ask how, you lose.  
Because there exists that which offers you that capacity of power,
what gives you that power, what provides you with all that power
and, what exists, in that your power.
Breathe it.

If you want to feel moved,
as sometimes happens, as you sometimes need
and even demand, perceive what that power produces in you.

Breathe as little as possible, do not disrupt your quietude, think nothing.

And I know something:
That power is all that you are.
That power is combined in you.
That power is your most infinite love.
That power is your creation.
How can I not love you, creature?

Remain there, suspend yourself, do not breathe.
Let the power contain you and you contain it.
Sustain yourself there, in what your power is.

Breathe now, conscious as you are,
to experience the formula of that, of the conscious Being,
what that power is and how capable you are of loving yourself.

Breathe deeply, without holding anything back.
Breathe fully, giving thanks for your will,
your force, your living power.
Breathe deeply.
