You go on quieting yourself with what your breath is,
permitting it to modulate your every heartbeat, every pulse,
in order to dissipate those thoughts
and to establish yourself there, in you,
without great tension, without anything that overwhelms you.
It is as if you also take a rest from yourself,
from that exhausting part, with which you defend yourself, even from you.
Breathing in this way, you manage to let yourself be still,
so that you don’t disturb yourself do much, you don’t incite yourself, protest yourself.
You breathe calmly,
knowing that you are going to be there,
in this conciliatory way for you.
You breath conciliates you, it does the work.
The breath locates what causes you tension and it releases it.
You will say: To where is it released?
Does there exist, is there, some field of freedom here?
Can I give exit to what I know exists in me,
that haunts me, that persecutes me, that harasses me
and mark it in distance?
Breathing frees you
and, it permits those spaces to be made,
in which all that is not from you,
becomes lost; it is lost far away.
Your breath establishes that and it goes on making you lighter,
it produces that lightness in which not even your body exists, you leave it.
It remains there, in that field that supports it,
that sustains it, while you, seek to elevate yourself,
recurring to what your soul is
and, it is the one who knows of you and there you find yourself.
Breathe lightly, calmly,
understanding that you seek to breathe in this way to free yourself.
Imagine all that imprisons you,
all those that demand some attention from you, anyone,
what you deliver, what concerns you, what weighs on you.
Test yourself in what you are doing,
What does that mind do? What does that body feel?
How does your system vibrate?
How at peace does your soul feel?
The pulses join
and, if something moves, it is so involuntary.
It is the response to that frequency,
that makes everything in you, one.
Even thought itself
joins as well, it surrenders and accompanies you.
That is a way of liberating yourself,
you free yourself of everything, while you remain there,
apparently inert, assisting rather, the joining
of all that you are, with all that Is.
Not one thought that distracts,
not one breath that startles,
no tension that diminishes,
rather, a plentitude in joy.
Do not be afraid to reach that liberating joy,
in which nothing exists, nothing informs you,
nothing impedes you, other than being there, what you want to be.
Yes, you have already reached
the sense of what that reason would be,
the feeling of what that reason would be.
And in truth, what that reason is, you would need it.
Would you need some reason to be?
No, right? If not, You could not.
It is so much more!
You know it, without appealing to your reason, you know it.
It is when this candor comes over you,
this that is not even felt.
It is that state of your impermanence,
that surrounds you, that becomes present,
when all else becomes absent.
And you remain there,
not even taking a breath,
not even inhabiting a space,
not even being.
Even your substance evaporates.
It is when you are capable of letting everything go through you,
but more so, that light that Is, the light that you are, the light that exists.
You are that.
You do not exist in anything, nor are you anyone, nor do you contain reason.
You are what you are, you are he who Is.
There is no word that personalizes you,
not even an I, not even an I am, nothing.
Not even the breath exists.
If you dare, you free yourself.
If you resist, you free yourself.
If you long for it, you free yourself.
Breathe deeply, without attending to anything.
Breathe slightly, with the depth you contain.
Begin to feel yourself, without eagerness, become present,
notify your body, respond to your soul,
manifest yourself here, with some beautiful thought for yourself.
Express your gratitude and always reaffirm
your commitment to be, to know how to be, to want to be.
