In this world, do good and learn to love

Meditación con Mataji Shaktiananda

02·08·2023

Observe well the disposition with which you arrive here.
What brings you?
Because you would have to have a healthy intention,
more than to will yourself to something that you do not know,
that, could even be you.

Who meditates?
And it is not that we have to contain any particular characteristics,
rather all of us, absolutely, know how to meditate.
We all contain the capacity to abstract ourselves,
of knowing how to detain and perceive ourselves.

That some called it meditation, mattered and had value,
because, from there, it would be a conscious act.
For what? To become conscious, to be consciousness, to create consciousness.
And it is there, and it is in this way, that you must be, being.
So breathe as you know how,
as you might like and as you are encouraged, making yourself conscious.

You would have your reasons to meditate, and they should be beautiful,
as you are being, if in truth you want to make
the most valiant effort to be in you.

And you would be there, who knows if asking yourself something.
More so, that of: Who am I for this? What is this for me?

Go on perceiving yourself.
And the sensations would be so many. Wear them out.
Have you seen how much happens? How your body acts, how it becomes sensitized.
And they begin to occur….what would it be? And it is you, showing yourself,
making yourself feel, but it is not there, it is not like that.
Breathe more.

You find yourself in your mind and your mind finds you.
Who? Do you know, perhaps, who you are?
Just barely what you permit from what your consciousness is.

Breathe above all so that, what the unconsciousness is,
does not appear, this is not its moment, as much as it already bothers you.
You breathe and you go on joining yourself, to what would be above all this,
a force, what you really are.

And you establish yourself, you focus yourself, you manifest yourself,
you do not seek anything, nor do you find, just be.

And you breathe calmly, so imperceptibly, with such firmness,
with so much will, and you sustain yourself.
You are such an emptiness, such silence, in which you only are,
in the consciousness that you are.
You do not exist.
Do you not see that nothing exists?
Or is it that what you do not see, exists?
Remain there, be there, perceive That and make it so That perceives you.

You will say: And what I feel?
It is immense, it is so vital, it is so substantial, it is so much..
That is what you are; that Is.
And it exists just like that, being present, being, meditating in you,
conscious, beautiful.
Tell me then: What anguishes you? What worries you?
What traps you? What makes you bitter?

You have to be brave.
You would have to say: nothing.
Or is it perhaps that you deny yourself?
Would there be a reason? There could be.
What have you done? What have you doubted?
Have you debilitated yourself? Did you surrender something?
Did you cause harm? Did you choose wrongly?

Continue perceiving.
In this world one must only know that
in the face of so much evil, one must do good,
one must learn and know how to love.
Only that.

Remain there.
If you ask me, I feel you loving.

Go on reaching yourself, go on feeling yourself
and before returning, thank all that of you that meditates,
and, all that meditates in you.
It is immense.

Show gratitude.
Give thanks.
I thank you.

Breathe deeply, find your space.

I will embrace myself for you.
Embrace yourself, trusting in what you are.
Let all of your embraces be pure, always.

Om Namaha Shivaya
