Make yourself a space of your own force and energy,
with all that you feel that you are, with all that exists in you,
with all that lives in you.
Feel the force of all that exists in your surroundings,
and consider and esteem your own.
From there, begin to breathe consciously,
and let your breaths be balanced,
trusting well in what you receive and in what you give.
In a certain way, upon breathing, we perform an exercise
and we establish a relationship with all that Is.
It is as if you dared to breath all that exists
and That, which exists, breathes you.
You go on feeling exponentially, what is manifest
and, at the same time, in your Being you feel the power that Is.
Breathe without disturbing yourself, without distracting yourself, without losing yourself.
You will ask yourself, how could it be?
How would you lose yourself within you?
There are so many ways, so many internal spaces,
that end up being a risk, if you do not undertake the valiant task of knowing yourself,
of knowing what inhabits you and you ignore.
To become lost in oneself is so probable, it is so easy.
And it is when you open spaces that, without being foreign, are there,
for you to test yourself.
You will say: Is it perhaps that I need to prove myself?
How probable is it that I prove myself?
How feasible?
And you do not know…
We are so often so programmed,
due to what the unconsciousness dictates, so that you do,
not what is not, neither what Is,
but that is, what exists in you.
You will say: If it exists in me, is it perhaps what I am?
Is it what I should do? Is it what I am?
Not always.
It is that from having existed so much,
within us dwells so much of what Is and of what is not.
And you could come to confuse yourself,
if you do not establish well what you really are, feel and want to be.
And it is because we have the power of choice,
decision, free will.
And it is for this reason that you have the faculty to make the selection
from all of the possibilities of action that your programs reveal.
And if there exists -not only confusion-, incoherence, inattention,
vestiges, remnants, irresolutions and voids,
that are those which do not necessarily, nor unavoidably,
lead you to choose, but you contemplate them, consider them and you choose them.
Breathe consciously, knowing that they exist.
And it is when you make the decision
and you assume the risk of doing what you want to do,
of opting, for what you believe exists and inhabits you.
You establish action and it happens.
And you do what you do,
because you want it that way.
You believe yourself to need, you agree to act and in this way you respond to what you are.
And everything is produced, everything comes to life, in your life.
Not necessarily sense, more so when you realize,
that it does not seem to be the attitude and, much less the action,
that establishes the correspondence with what you live.
That, then, is when you lose yourself.
And to think that at times you do not even ask yourself: What is happening?
Who am I? What am I doing? What is this?
Breathe without fear,
although now they appear, you now comprehend,
what your shadow is.
And it is not that it surprises you,
in so many ways you know that it exists and so often you accepted it,
for it to do what you believed, you should.
Breathe with all that you are.
Breathe all that you are.
Breathe more,
if you have experienced, that form of losing yourself,
being in you.
And it would not do for you to tell yourself: I have lost consciousness.
The consciousness is never lost.
What leads you to that, is unconsciousness, the shadow.
Make an effort, take off your face, do not mask yourself,
do not attack yourself, nor conceal yourself, nor hide yourself.
Rather, breathe, delve into and expose yourself, show yourself.
One who hides, becomes lost.
And it is not that your shadow hides, that is its condition.
What you would have to do is, expose it,
so that it ceases to be.
You could find it to be uncomfortable and even difficult.
And how do we do it? How would you do it?
If what this is about, is finding yourself.
Breathe what you need.
Breathe what Is.
Breathe what you contain, arm yourself with Valor.
If the proposal is to be, how then?
Sorry to inconvenience you, but when then?
What more are you going to hope to do?
To whom? To how many? Why?
If what you seek in your task of encounter,
is to no longer lose yourself. Do you understand what it is?
And it would be better that you did.
Breathe for mercy and make yourself in the form of light,
contain your Being and the Being that Is.
Sustain, if you are able, the exact breath, of the perfect containment,
of the Being that inhabits you, and that only your encounter is.
How could you choose to lose yourself?
To lose it, to ignore it, to make it disappear in you.
And it only remains, not to avoid the shadow,
to dissolve it with what your conscious action is.
Remember, the rest would be to repeat, to replicate,
what your shadow brings.
It is not what Is.
Become in your deep breath, become in your consciousness,
become in your light, become in your Being.
You have to be able, you have the strength.
Become.
Breathe deeply.
Breathe with encouragement.
Breathe with faith.
Breathe in order.
Breathe in Law.
Breathe in light.
