Trust in your attitude.
Trust in your breathing
and trust in your desire.
Maintain your serenity and find quietude in your breath.
Let go of anxiety,
as well as any emotion that disconnects you,
from this, your moment.
It is your moment.
In which you have detained everything, in order to be with yourself,
so everything continues, things you have pending,
some kind of latent circumstance or another, some aftertaste.
Continue breathing.
If you think of something, let it be only
of what has brought you here,
what maintains you like this,
with the necessity to know about yourself,
to be concerned with yourself.
Breathe in quietude,
abstracting yourself from all that happens,
which is never little.
Do not stumble over any image,
any memory, any call for your attention.
Find quietude.
And only the breath produces it.
It is the most valiant mechanism,
that regulates everything, that stabilizes,
and, that also considers,
what your system is.
It notifies you; it advises you and it permits you
to access your own state of Being.
It could not be any other way.
All of this is like this.
You sustain your field, you do it,
in communion and in consonance with all that exists.
But it is your task.
So then you would have to do your best,
wisely, lovingly, to configure yourself in this way.
Settling your matter, regulating your pulses,
your heartbeats, with just your breath,
your conscious breath.
The one that is not thought, the one that is not felt, the one that flows.
And that seeks to integrate itself with everything and achieves it.
Do not imagine anything, do not force anything,
do not encourage any idea.
Be all breath.
Be all breath.
Be all breath.
It is as if something fills you.
What do you believe it could be?
And it is you.
All of your you.
And you perceive all of that immensity,
all of that immensity that breathes,
from the system that it is
and that palpitates in quietude.
It palpitates in your quietude
And when your quietude palpitates,
who do you believe it is?
The breath diminishes,
it becomes quieter, just enough,
what is necessarily vital.
Minimal breath.
The One Who Is, attends to you, attends to himself, recognizes himself.
And you are there,
being the immense palpitation,
with neither defect nor quality, without pain,
without memories, without obligation,
free, in expansion.
Nothing to simulate.
And, from there,
you expand what you are.
And you go within reach, of all that Is.
And you know yourself here, on this Planet,
that evinces misfortunes, collapses, destruction.
Without holding on, you continue breathing,
until you heal this pain,
this unconsciousness, this nonsense.
And you blow, silently. You blow a little.
Without holding on to any pain,
you consecrate your force,
in order to be, to endure, to not suffer.
Without holding on, you call out for those who suffer.
And breathe in quietude.
Breathe deeply,
with all of the force that you contain.
Once again, you approach the space you occupy,
the body that vibrates, the illusion that you hold,
the encounter you await,
and the love that you give.
Breathe deeply.
Consciously and loved.
