If you are there, you are breathing.
You are attending to yourself
and, above all, you are in receipt of a blessing.
And it is about you feeling it as an achievement
of your expression of the Being.
So breathe,
and maintain that rhythm that only you contain.
Breathe deeply,
serenely and forcefully.
Take your time and let your time take you.
Take your space, and permit your space to take you.
And take your Being and let your Being take you.
Maintain yourself there, in your space, in your time,
in your rhythm, in your strength
and in your firmest capacity to offer yourself.
Manage to become serene to such a point,
that you lose yourself in your own space,
within your own time
and, that you only want, to encounter yourself.
Make it work, make it so that you are able,
because it is what you want most.
Maintain yourself in that breath, in that will,
doing this sacred exercise
of meditating in you.
Breathe.
The more you breathe, the more you alleviate, the more you dissolve,
the more you distance all of those thoughts
that seek to attract you, to crowd themselves,
into what your mind is.
And your mind knows.
Your mind is capable of resisting itself and assisting you,
before what your presence is.
This presence, the one that breathes like this,
managing to delve deeper, in each breath.
Review, with discretion, how you feel,
how you modulate, what you regulate.
Do not dare to inhibit anything.
Let everything flow.
Because it would be in this way, that your mind goes on recognizing
all that you really contain.
And it learns and unlearns
of that which exists in you, of that which you contain,
of what you are capable of absorbing,
of perceiving, of discerning and of wanting.
Try not to want to experience anything.
Do not ask for anything, do not attend to anything.
Do not resist anything.
Simply maintain yourself,
letting your mind find you
in order to then lose track of itself.
Of what it has retained, of what it believes happens,
of what it believes it fears.
Just by your breath, you work all of that.
If you dare, briefly explore this state
in which you find yourself.
How would it be?
And it is when you do not allow yourself to be inundated by any feeling,
no emotion runs through you.
There is no crossing of thoughts,
nor do you long for anything, nor does anything external refer you to something.
And you go on connecting with what your silence is.
This decrease in symptoms,
in reflections, in conditioning,
to which your feelings subject you.
You do not feel.
Barely breathe. Barely.
Let nothing overwhelm you,
not even that deafening silence,
in which you trust yourself wholly.
You would have to do so, trust yourself,
which is nothing more that surrendering yourself to you,
with all that you know you are
and with all that you do not even know.
And you breathe.
When there is nothing to feel,
or tell yourself.
Nor anything to demand or claim from you,
what do you believe there is?
What do you believe there is?
What do you believe there is?
And you barely breathe.
There is nothing.
You have to allow yourself not to fear that.
You have to dare to explore
what that Nothing is, in you.
Because in you, there exists a particular nothing, that of your own.
That, after all, is all That.
all That which is the Nothing.
Breathe briefly.
Tell me if what you obtain from yourself isn’t powerful.
You could place any sensation,
any sentiment, perhaps a word on it,
known or not.
Because as you know, there is still so much that we do not know.
Breathe and continue conceiving what this is for you.
If you ask me, for me it is everything, everything, everything.
Reach that, propose more and always refer yourself
to what all of this is.
To the immense or to the small achievement that you obtain in yourself
upon knowing how to remain in you,
with adjustment, with will, with strength, with understanding
and, above all, with immense love.
If you ask me, this is your love.
Breathe deeply.
As deeply as you are able.
Trusting, incorporate yourself now in what you are,
to where you are, as well as to all that you want.
Hopefully that will always be to want to Be, more.
Breathe in gratitude.
Breathe in achievement.
Breathe in love.
