Continue breathing with serenity, in your own way,
attending well to when you want to breathe,
to how you achieve that sequence, that fills and empties you.
How much you are able to broaden your chest, how much is enough for you,
how much you need, and how much you are capable of emptying.
With how much you are left with and finally, that which fills you.
And you breathe, deeply and serenely.
I ask you: Where are you?
And you will say, in my house, in my area, in my town,
in my country, in my land, far, near.
And I ask you: Where are you?
And it would be good for you to locate yourself in you.
Breathe in you, breathe yourself in.
And you are there, without telling yourself anything, saying little,
simply breathing, reaching yourself.
You will say: What must I reach of myself?
Another state of your Being,
that needs your conscious breathing so much,
your healthy way of internalizing, of accepting what you are.
Breathe that.
You should not generate anxiety by telling yourself:
How long will it take for me to achieve that?
Time, which one?
Space, where?
You breathe and you maintain yourself,
making your thoughts be reconciled
with your expressed, required, sustained, achieved silence.
You establish quietude, immobility, and the breath is enough for you,
as you reach the breath that is,
that imperceptible, minimal, vital breath,
in which you find yourself situated in you,
respectfully, lovingly, conscious, living and active,
subject to your substance, manifested in your code,
creating and recreating your life, this, today.
I would ask you: What do you require in order to live?
What do you believe yourself to need?
and what else: to be conscious.
Let bitter memories, unfortunate, inconsiderate acts,
neither come nor return.
Let what you obtain today,
be the force of your living breath,
attending to your Being, trusting in yourself, revitalizing yourself day by day.
Experience the state that your consciousness is,
in which you manage to inhabit yourself,
freeing all tension, all fear, all anguish.
It is difficult for you to believe in your capacity to experience that.
Do not remember anything, do not think anything, do not yearn for anything,
do not call for anything, do not expect anything.
You are not.
Being more, feeling yourself more, and not even what you feel, is.
It is nothing.
Breathe deeply now, knowing that the effort was made,
the desire is not lacking, the will exists,
the commitment is immense and your valor, unquantifiable.
And that now you are there, here and we are together,
over possible encounters, in eternal blessings.
