Continue breathing deeply,
with your greatest serenity and your meditative attitude.
You may ask yourself, each time you prepare to meditate,
if your technique is good, if you respond to some method.
And it would be better for you to transcend that, basing yourself in that attitude,
that plays with techniques, methods.
You would find yourself like this, with certain rigor, moreover your own.
Some profoundly loving authority
that lies in you and that commands you in an exquisite purpose: meditate.
The term is common, more so today,
because if you dare, you could adapt it
to become a personal ritual,
without being frightened by that word.
It is when you place yourself so perfectly, from your forms,
to occupy your space in a conscious manner
and you open yourself to you, closing your eyes, sealing your body,
considering bringing yourself to ecstasy, and you are present.
A simple ritual.
It is based, equally, on you breathing with subtlety,
certainly as if you were becoming ecstatic,
producing each breath with profound intention,
with valiant encouragement and in peace.
Quiet mind, calm body, open heart.
There are those who say they do not know what love is.
This is love.
This is love.
This is your love.
Because you trust yourself, you surrender to yourself
and each breath sustains you, putting together the simple ritual like this,
without responding to anything or anyone, without boasting,
without any demonstration, as these times well demand.
And your choice to remain like this, here, with you,
is more than valid.
It is an intimate value, it is one’s own response,
it is your purest approval.
What more do you want?
And I ask myself and I ask you:
Do you believe that when we meditate we forget the world?
Or, what could be better, that the world forgets us?
This that tears away…
And I believe it does. What do you believe?
When is forgetting valid?
And it is when you remember poorly.
Because it would seem that the plan continues
because you always remember all of this.
Your plan should go. Why not?
That is why you breathe like this,
considering the ritual that dissolves,
that abstracts you and takes you toward yourself
and that so perfectly combines
all that your breath produces,
the provocation of each heartbeat,
immersed in your organism, that is more than active.
That beating generates pulses in your fluids,
that are coordinated from your love,
so that you sustain yourself well and you know how to implode your processes,
more so, those that you must resolve.
That is why you meditate.
And it is that, if perhaps they cease,
but they are rushed, they accumulate.
Hence the necessity, so intimate,
to expand yourself like this, in the midst of you,
in the midst of all this that you do not forget,
that does not forget you and that reminds you who you are.
For this reason, it is always worth the question
and each one of your answers,
until everything is dissolved
and everything ceases.
You will say, when? When do they cease?
If some response exists, your silence contains it,
until even the silence itself, contains nothing
and you thus abandon the vice of giving yourself reasons
to know yourself, to believe yourself, to love yourself.
None of that merits reasons,
because they do not exist and, if they existed,
you would not believe them.
We are so foolish.
We are so foolish
that, if we think that we do not think, we feel foolish.
We are so foolish
that, if we feel that we believe, we are very foolish.
We are so foolish
that we believe that one who does not believe, is foolish.
We are so foolish,
that we believe that to love, is foolish.
Breathe and recreate yourself,
because in a certain way, if we are living here today,
it is because we have been foolish. Very foolish.
Breathe all of your foolishness,
all of that foolishness that time and again
reminds you of this world.
Consider breathing much, breathing well, meditating deeply,
reaching your memory, the original,
the one that has nothing to remember, because it Is.
Activate your conduits, control your heartbeats, your pulses, attend to yourself.
Reinforce your journey, and if it is possible for you,
accelerate, so that you transcend all of this.
Let’s not be foolish any longer.
Breathe deeply, retaking each breath,
with the consciousness that is, in the world that is,
with will.
Above all, thank yourself.
Thank yourself deeply.
