Breathe with intensity, deeply,
seeking to delve into yourself, because you would have to take the risk,
so try to recreate, to recreate yourself, in an inner space,
a place that you have never seen,
or what could be even more fantastic,
a place that you cannot even see, although it exists.
It is that, moreover, there would be nothing to see,
so breathe, finding that space,
it which it would seem that you are situated.

You will say, what should I situate there?
What you are.
So breathe, becoming confident,
in ready willingness and with immense love towards yourself.

You should never fear or become tired,
of finding those spaces,
that only exist when you encounter yourself like this,
situated in you, breathing like this.

You will say, what or who makes it possible?
Guess.
Your consciousness, the consciousness.
And it is not that it is the place of neverland.
It is the forever space,
in which you have always been, you are, and you will be,
for being who you are.

You will note, you will observe, you will perceive,
that you do not need anything, or anyone.
Neither the most pristine thought nor the most twisted.
Breathe for that.
There is no mental contact,
it is that threshold of your spaces,
through which you must pass more often,
given that everything is so vitiated and so precarious.

We would not say escape. Why?
Even less evasion. It is not that either.
Rather, that acceptance, that instant that is so personal,
for wanting to know yourself.

Breathe lightly, the minimum.
It is an attainment, barely needing to breathe.
Barely.

And being there in you, trusting.
Or is it that you have lost your confidence and you fear yourself?
You should not.
You are so capable of knowing how and being able to bring yourself to ecstasy,
to order your body, to sustain it and to let it sustain you, to empty yourself.
And you do it, whether you believe it or not.
It gives a relief, a suspension, a reaccomodation.

Do you doubt it?
How could I?
Toward what do I prepare myself, do I direct myself?
Where would I situate myself?
In your space, filled, as it is, with your vital time,
the only one that exists and, in which you operate,
from the consciousness obtained, in which you can maneuver yourself,
in all of these spaces and in all of these times.
Those that are in you, by the Grace and the goodness of the Being,
of the Being that you are.

Neither dead space nor dead time. You are alive!
So alive!
The only thing that you would have to know,
as alive as you are, is:
What are you alive for?
To love yourself.

And there, you make it so that your breath loves you
and you, love your breath,
the index of how alive you are.

How much love!
How much love do you contain by the sole action of your breath!
And, by your sole action of breathing,
in what this space is,
this immense space in which we all inhabit.

Breathe now for this entire space,
from your intimate and valuable space,
in which you obtain more and more by will and consciousness.

I thank you for the permission that we give ourselves, to inhabit ourselves in this way,
to unify our spaces.

I join myself to your strength, to your light, to your encounter.
I confess to you,
I feel so blessed for that!
And I reach you and you reach me,
to reach That.
That Nothing, That Everything.
That which is not seen.
That without space.
That without time.
What we are, primordially.

You would have to, equally, feel blessed.
Beloved Being, Divine Presence,
I trust that you do.
It is what encourages, it is what permits.

What is always a bit difficult, is returning,
but it must be done.
So breathe, return to this space,
consecrated by you for you.
Start with this room,
this very temple, of your own temple.
To this city, to your city, in this world,
perpetually convulsed.
It is already so, irreversibly.
Breathe it.

Breathe it from your very encounter
and find yourself here, attending to the present,
assisted in your love and with an immense desire to live,
what you are living, what remains, what is missing.
And remember those who are no longer living.

Breathe deeply, thanking yourself.
