Time and Time Again, You Will Find Yourself

Meditation with Mataji Shaktiananda

04·05·2022

Breathe deeply and serenely,
alleviating tensions, gaining quietude, breathing consciously.
May your coordination of all of this be subtle, be kind,
establishing every consideration with your Being.
Encouraging that breath, that gives you light, confidence and courage,
to present yourself before you in your silence,
in your communion, in your connection.

Become serene and do not feel, perceive yourself,
and, valiantly announce yourself:
My Being is here, open to me
and to everything at once,
in disposition to that which Is, within and without.
I know and I want, to lead myself in light,
with attention and with manifest determination.

Breathe so deeply, so calmly,
that there is neither space in your void, nor void in your space.
Seek to shine, to radiate,
before this, your condition of Being.

Breathe invoking the forces that accompany you,
whether you know them or not.
If you knew how replete the arranged Light system is,
you would neither doubt, nor fear, nor would you be inhibited from manifesting yourself.

Breathe, sustaining and releasing
and, perceive all that you produce,
until, with certain graduality,
your encounter is produced.

You will say, what should I encounter? Who?
What exists in me, what must I find?
And the first encounter would be,
that quietude, that earned silence,
with which your mind is quieted, it is delivered,
it surrenders, and it expands, before you.
And it is when you resolve.

Without pressuring, you observe yourself.
And you translate your silence,
and you secure yourself in your quietude,
and, that encounter takes place, that is so intimate and profound,
so close and serene, so you.
It is you, that you, who recognizes oneself.

Breathe, because there could be other encounters,
dilations, palpitations.
So breathe.
There is no anxiousness, there is no expectation,
there is no confrontation, no tension, no negation.
There is encounter.

You encounter your Being.
And you will ask yourself,
What would my Being be, definitively?
The one who is not frightened,
the one who does not demand, the one who does not cower,
the one who does not mistreat, the one who does not resign himself,
the one who does not become angry with nor judge himself.

Breathe because the inconformity and the incomprehension to which you abandon yourself, burden you, without giving you the encounter.
And you keep encountering.
You encounter surprises and, you are pleasantly surprised.

You find that you accept.
You encounter your profound comprehension.
You encounter richness.
You encounter beauty.
You encounter the others in you and your proposal before the other
to sympathize, to love.
You encounter truth, so sublime and personal.
You encounter the truth of the other, so sublime, and so personal.

Breathe, because there are always encounters,
even if you dislike it.
Breathe, taking yourself as found.

Remain attentive, sustain that.
There is no breath, there is containment,
vital containment, internal nourishment,
one’s own amrita, lucidity, radiance,
Samadhi.

Time and time again you will spring forth.
Time and time again you will find yourself, always.
Trust.
Divine, your Being is divine.

Breathe more, breathe forcefully, breathe here, breathe now.
In each and every encounter, it counts.
Breathe deeply and give thanks for being,
for being present, for inhabiting, for the moment, the strength,
the understanding and the truth.

I thank you.
