Consciously allow your breath to pass through you .
Imprint it with profundity, serenity, intention. 
Attend well to that breath and, if you define an intention,
let it be for your serenity, your contact,
your most intimate encounter and, your peace.

If you look closely, you require so little.
And, if you need something, it is your Being.
So become conscious of that.

It is not that you should conserve a purpose,
breathing in itself is a purpose.
And you will feel that, upon breathing,
there is nothing to assemble, nothing to construct.
Rather, it is trying to let it all fade away,
above all, hostile thoughts.
And they leave, if you breathe well.

You will ask yourself,
With what or with whom do I make contact?
And more than being obvious, that it is with your Being,
is a truth.


And you will ask, equally, how is that contact executed?
And you should ignore nothing, even less yourself.
Your substantiality is inhabited by so much.
An elaborate system of Light forces,
that, in turn, maintain and make contact,
with what the Light, is.

Because what occurs, what occurred
and, what could continue to occur,
is your disconnection, upon having disbelieved yourself,
having exhausted yourself, having lied to yourself.

So, breathe.

You will say, equally,
What contacts me?
What or who could hold that interest?
And, just your breathing, is contact.
There are so many elements there.

But you retract from the human activity, you distrust.
For this reason it is worth reestablishing what your contact is,
what that imprints upon you and, what in turn,
your response would be, to what that is.

Breathe in your contact.

You would think that I speak to you so that you do not think.
It is not so.
It is only that, I permit myself that your thought,
contacts your Being.
At times, reason is a burden. It is felt.

Allow your contact.
There is no reason that measures, there is no reason that knows.
Nothing and no one, knows anything.

What role would reason play then,
that believes it does not recognize the contact?
And it is the contact, that knows it.
Breathe lightly, imperceptibly. Minimal breath.

The contact is the possible abstraction.
The most brief and minimal instant
and, the most profound and eternal, moment.
Until you present yourself there, in the constant,
that does not take or bring anything, neither space, nor time, nor breath.

Remain, until nothing of you, exists.
What do I contain? You will ask yourself.
What difference does it make? Does the Light perhaps wonder, what it is?
The Nothing and the All itself.

Where are you?
Who are you?
There is no answer, there couldn’t be.
That is the contact.
Marvelous.

Breathe once again and, let the breath
remind you of the body,
and the body, occupy the space.
That space-location, situates you in the moment.
Your precious moment.

Feel yourself again, perceive yourself
and take notice once again of who you are,
of where you are, of whom you are with
and, most importantly, what for?
The purpose, equally. Your purpose.

Be strong.
Be responsible.
Be kind.
Be conscious.
Formulate love and project peace.

Breathe deeply, reestablishing yourself here, now.
Do not forget yourself, thank yourself.
Gratitude, is a formula, do not forget it.
