Your Candor Comes From the Truth

At first you feel yourself.
All that your body is, in all its faculty,
and, in that infinite capacity to sustain yourself.
Breathe consciously for it, so that it is quieted,
so that it releases tensions and finds stabilization.
Let all of those internal circuits flow,
those that transit us and keep their rhythm, their movement.
And it is the breath, that attends to them.

All conscious breathing helps.
So, concentrate on it,
so that thoughts go on distancing themselves,
and do not hinder this hint of relief.

All of this breathing, causes your mind to observe you,
more than you observing her,
and, she does not ask anything or question.
Rather, she becomes quieted and even joyful.

It is that so much calm is needed.
At the same time, it is so difficult for us to offer it to ourselves.
There is breath, very good breath.
There is quietude, there is calm.

Although so much is happening to you,
for which you are resentful, you do not comprehend.
Breathe.
It is that everything happens, and nothing ever, ceases to happen.
It is like that, within this constant,
to which, little by little, you come to know, you accept, you work, you sustain.

The breath calms.
Invite that sensation, so that everything ceases,
everything waits, because you are there, in you,
conceiving life, your life,
creating life, your life.
And accepting everything, about your life, without lament,
without hiding yourself, without denying yourself and, without evading.

Above all, that which relationships are,
at times so complex, and that are and make up,
such a part of your life, for that human necessity,
of relating oneself.

When relationships exist,
agreements are established,
commitments, considerations, advancements
and, they are not fulfilled.

Breathe, because not all of that is from you,
within that complexity.
And it is not that everything, most or much, is of the other,
because it is also from you.

Breathe knowing that you are working yourself,
so that, at least,
you fulfill the commitment that you keep with yourself,
oblivious to any misery.

You breathe, keeping in this way, what your commitment is,
that depends upon you, because it is, from you.
It is not that you enumerate everything that you believe you must
do, achieve, extend.
It is so simple.
It is knowing yourself in your open Being, healthy of feelings,
healthy of interests, healthy of truth.
Breathe.

If you keep anything, perhaps with pride and apprehension,
may it be equally beautiful.
May you know and want to share it, who knows with who.
But, in principle, with you,
with what you are in you, with what you believe of yourself, with that which you love yourself.
Love yourself.

Although you feel that this world is overflowing,
with hypocrisy, with egoism, with chaos and with lies,
may it not affect you.

Lovingly take your hands,
join them in you, feel them.
That warmth, where do you believe, how do you believe, it is produced?
It is to produce an effect.
Do not believe that it is merely a sensation.
It is a feeling of what you are, for what you are.
That emerges, not only from your body, but from your candor.
Your candor would come to be, that which you know how to feel,
that you know how to transmit, and that comes from your love.
For this reason, cultivate candor,
likewise, detect it, receive it and celebrate it in the other.
because it comes from the Truth.

We are capable of producing so much.
Of feeling and causing so much feeling.
Of loving.

Breathe deeply,
keeping all that sensibility and transforming it,
into that which is not even felt,
into what goes beyond, into what is finally perceived.

Rejoice in yourself, give thanks to your Being,
trust that you can,
and, what is most beautiful, in all that you can give.
