Exercise Your Own Dominion

Continue breathing serenely,
consecrating this moment, this, your will to reach yourself
and, to delve into yourself, experiencing your system,
that, as you know, is sustained by your breathing.
So pronounce each breath with the serenity that you contain
and, procure more for yourself, more relief, more joy,
more commitment, more encounter.

Breathe deeply,
accepting yourself and recreating yourself in that Being that you are,
that is so wonderful.
And, let your breath, fill you and empty you
and, that you are able to ingratiate yourself with that mechanism
so subtle, so blessed, breathing.

Go on achieving that transparency in you.
Do not reveal or hide anything, be simple,
breathe simply and in doing so you will know, you will feel,
how your thinking is calmed, it becomes serene,
it lets you, it permits you.
Breathe.

There exists no measure or count,
beyond this inner rhythm that is attending to you,
just as you attend to it.
Breathe in calmness, breathe in stillness, breathe in peace.

And, in this way, other rhythms,
more threatening, looming, boisterous go on ceasing.
They do not penetrate you, on the contrary, they are inhibited,
because you are like this, you are in you, so in you.

You breathe and you go on perceiving yourself in those mischievous responses
that manifest, foremost, your body.
Breathe it in.
Let it be integrated into what is in itself, your own dominion,
your subtle dominion.
Let, allow it, to be the breath that, in a certain way,
plays at dominance.

There tries to be so much control,
for which it is more than necessary,
that you take notice, and you adjust to your dominion.
The intention is to produce so much distress,
for which, you must take on, your just dominion.

Breathe until, you truly do not need,
to exercise any control or dominance.
It is possible.

You know that there is an extraordinary flow,
between conduits, otherwise invisible,
to those with whom you remain close and deeply united.
And, it is not that you should believe that, or even feel it,
it is beyond that, it is as if intuiting it.

Everything comes and goes, from your substance to the substance that Is.
Do not doubt it.
Allow that this, your breathing,
be capable of producing you that courage, towards that constant.
Sustain yourself there, breathe briefly, breathe little, breathe nothing.

Breathe nothing.

And you remain, and it tends to happen that, you could become frightened or anxious,
none of that, rather, reconcile with your places of solitude, of silence,
even of abandonment of everything.
And it is memory, of that which also exist in you,
that you scarcely remember.
In which there was neither pain, nor tragedy, nor disenchantment.
There was nothing.

Reconcile by breathing deeply,
encompassing this present, so decisive.
Breathe deeply and give thanks for being so valiant, so loyal, so constant,
and sustaining your awakening.

Breathe deeply.
You are here, you are present and, you are well.
